Welcome to the 2023 Spring Newsletter Edition.
The theme for our current edition is "Collaboration"! In this edition, our contributors discuss about their engagement with the community and co-researchers in their efforts towards change and excellence!
Spring is in the air! Please join us in welcoming Spring with our President. We are also extremely delighted to introduce our new Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Ramesh Kaipa to our members. Dr. Kaipa has been part of the editorial team since 2021! We take this opportunity to thank Dr. Antony, our past our new Editor-in-Chief for all her contribution!
This edition features Dr. Prakash Boominathan, the President-Elect of Indian Speech Language Hearing Association! Hear from the expert on his vision for global engagement!!!
Theme: Collaboration
We present two articles, in the areas of research and clinical experience. Dr. Monica Kaniamattam and Dr. Judith Oxley share their research experience in the area of family-centered intervention and social engagement. Dr. Viral Tejani, an expert in cochlear implants discusses about hearing preservation cochlear implantation and his interests in advocacy.
In our student corner we have Ms. Sonal Garg share her journey about how she entered the field of Speech Language Pathology and her experience as a student during COVID-19.
