Catering

• Breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday will be hosted in the Advanced Research Centre (ARC). This will consist of hot rolls with fillings such as bacon, square sausage, link sausage, veg/vegan sausage. Additionally, pastries and granola pots, along with tea, coffee and fruit juice will be available.

• For those arriving on Monday afternoon and for everyone staying until Friday, breakfast vouchers for a hot roll and hot drink in the James McCune Smith (JMS) Building on Tuesday and Friday morning (8am - 9.45am) will be provided. The JMS is only a few minutes walk to the ARC, where the conference sessions will take place.

• On Tuesday, lunch will be hosted in the ARC and will include sandwiches, crisps, fruit and an assortment of snacks.

• On Wednesday and Thursday, vouchers will be provided for the James McCune Smith Building (JMS). These vouchers entitle you to a hot meal of your choice, along with a 12oz soft drink.

• On Tuesday, dinner will be held in Innis and Gunn on Ashton lane.

  • • Please note that if you would like to participate in the axe throwing at the evening activity, no alcohol can be consumed beforehand.

• On Wednesday, a buffet dinner will be held in Glasgow University Union.

• The pub quiz will take place after dinner in the same location.

To finish the conference we will have a 3 course Gala Dinner in Glasgow University Union.

• You can choose your starter, main and dessert in advance.
