Participants who have booked accommodation will be staying at the Queen Margaret Residences. Individual en-suite rooms will be provided with linens and towels, along with access to off-street parking and a lockable bicycle shed.
Please note that rooms are not supplied with a hairdryer and there are no lifts at Queen Margaret Residences.
For those arriving on Monday:
Check in anytime after 2pm, as the residences are staffed 24/7.
You will receive your breakfast voucher when you receive your keys at check-in. These can be used in the James McCune Smith (JMS) Learning Hub on Tuesday morning (8am - 9.45am) for a hot roll and hot drink.
For those arriving on Tuesday
Check in anytime after 2pm. Time will be given later in the afternoon to allow you to check in.
You can bring your luggage to the registration desk in the Advanced Research Centre (ARC), although please note belongings must not be left unattended as this is a publicly accessible building.
All participants must be checked out by 10am on Friday.
You will receive a breakfast voucher during the conference, which you can use on Friday morning (8am - 9.45am) in the JMS.
The accommodation is roughly a 25 minutes walk from The University of Glasgow. Enjoy a walk through the Botanic Gardens and along Byres Road to reach the campus.
For those staying in accommodation, parking is available at Queen Margaret Residences.
For those who are not staying in accommodation, plenty of free parking is available in the streets around the Queen Margaret Residences, if you would like to drive here and walk to the campus.
