This Heilbronn Institute for Mathematical Research (HIMR) award was funded by the Additional Funding Programme for Mathematical Sciences, a £300 million investment over a five-year period from 2020/21 to 2024/25. 

This new funding is being delivered by EPSRC. The Programme is providing a significant boost to the UK's world-leading mathematical sciences community, increasing support for this key discipline and increasing the pool of mathematicians able to participate in and deploy state of the art research.

The School of Mathematics and Statistics is within the College of Science and Engineering at The University of Glasgow. The School has very generously provided funding to support the running of this event.

Additional funding is provided by the Marion Reid EDI and Public Engagement fund within the School of Mathematics and Statistics. This will allow participants from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds to apply for a small amount of funding to put towards the cost of attending the conference. Participants can apply for this funding when submitting the participant information form which will be available after registration closes.
