Jal Neti kriya has changed my life. About 30 years ago I suffered from disabiling migrain almost every week. And I started Neti. Now migrain is completely gone and allergy symptoms are reduced as well.

One needs three things: distilled water, neti pot and neti salt.
Caution -never use tap water. Always follow the ending forced breathing. Keep breathing through mouth while doing the neti. In the beginning it may be uncomfortable. Use small amount of water and try every day. Now I only do once a week.
