This section includes my eye problems along with some solutions I've learned. My nearsitedness started in my teen age and with age that has gotten worse. Now in addition to astigmatism, occasional flicking, red eyes and retinal hole, I have glucoma. It all may be inherited from my father who had some serious eye problems. But according to some workshops, my extremely highly sensitive personality along with life circumstances played a major role as well. I narrowed the range of my vision to avoid issues.
What I learned and try to include in my routine.
I don't have any scientific claim other than they have stablized my detoriation. some sugessions come from my mother, readings such as rebuild your vision, bates techniques and some other sources. Behavioral optometris are trained for alternatives but it is not easy to find them.

splash water in eyes with cold water while squishing water in the mouth. That helps with pressure and cools the eyes. My mother taught this to me.
