For the pilot phase of the Tiger Pass program, we will focus on high schools in India, as well as a few select schools in Dubai and China. This strategic selection is based on several factors that make these locations ideal for our pilot program.
1. High Demand for Quality Education:
●India and China have large populations with a significant segment of students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad.
● Dubai is a global hub with a diverse expatriate population and a strong emphasis on international education. The select schools in Dubai cater to a multicultural student body, many of whom are considering studying in the United States.
2. Strategic Enrollment Potential:
●India and China are among the top countries sending students to the United States for higher education. By targeting high-achieving students in these countries, RIT can tap into a pool of prospective students already inclined towards studying abroad.
● Dubai's select schools also have a high percentage of students pursuing international higher education, providing RIT with a valuable recruitment market.
3. Alignment with RIT’s Global Vision:
● Expanding RIT’s footprint in these key regions aligns with the university’s vision of becoming a global leader in education. Establishing a presence in these markets enhances RIT’s international reputation and engagement.
