EXAM PAPER HANDLING PROTOCOLS
Confidential Printing & Sealing: All question papers must be printed in a secured area and sealed immediately in tamper-proof envelopes under the supervision of authorized personnel.
Secure Storage: Sealed papers must be stored in a locked cabinet or safe, accessible only to the Principal or designated Exam Coordinator.
Controlled Distribution Timing: Exam papers are to be distributed to invigilators only 30 minutes prior to the exam, with sign-off by two staff members for tracking.
Maintaining a Distribution Log: A detailed logbook must record the subject, number of papers issued, time of issue, and names of personnel involved in collection and handover.
Immediate Answer Sheet Collection: Invigilators must collect all answer scripts and unused question papers immediately after the exam ends and verify the count in the exam hall.
Secure Sealing and Labelling: Answer sheets must be bundled, labelled with exam details, and sealed in tamper-proof covers in the presence of two staff members.
Documented Handover: All sealed answer bundles must be handed over to the Exam Coordinator/ Adjunct Faculty with signatures in the collection register to confirm receipt.
Safe Temporary Storage: Answer sheets should be stored in a locked and access-controlled area until they are dispatched for evaluation or further processing.
