To ensure smooth, secure, and standardized conduct of examinations, all participating schools are required to follow the below SOPs:
Schools must verify each student’s identity using official school ID cards before entry into the exam hall.
A predefined seating plan must be prepared to ensure adequate spacing and to avoid any form of collusion.
All students must be checked for unauthorized materials (e.g., mobile phones, notes, smartwatches) before entering the examination room.
Question papers and answer sheets should be distributed 15 mins prior to the exam time and under the supervision of designated invigilators.
Students must be informed in advance to bring only permitted stationery (pens, pencils, erasers, rulers). Sharing of stationery during the exam is not allowed.
Exam halls must be clean, quiet, and adequately lit. Clocks should be visible, and any educational materials (charts, posters) on the walls should be covered or removed.
Exams must start and end strictly according to the scheduled time. Any delays should be documented and reported.
A signed attendance sheet must be maintained for each exam session and submitted to the school exam coordinator.
In case of any disruptions (e.g., power failure, illness), schools must have a basic contingency plan and inform the RIT team immediately.
Completed answer sheets should be collected in a secure and organized manner, sealed in envelopes, and submitted to the school coordinator for handover.
No unauthorized persons should be allowed near or inside the examination hall during the exam.
