Please contact us via LINE or WhatsAPP  with your preferred dates, area, your child's age, and the expected frequency of use. 

Please request the sitting service via LINE if not possible through WhatsAPP

Once the sitter is confirmed, we will send you their profile and contact information. 

We will send you a payment link, so please complete the payment in advance. 

On the day of the service, the sitter will arrive at the designated location approximately 10 minutes before the start time.

Upon arrival, the sitter will review important points and any special instructions with the parent/guardian and provide care according to those details. 

We would greatly appreciate it if you could share your thoughts and feedback after using our service.

Additionally, the sitter will send a report of the day (your child’s condition and daily activities) for your review.
