This is a bug on the firmware of recent watches. (All F5 series, all F5 plus series, All F6 series, All MARQ series, 945, and perhaps other watches

This case occurs if your configuration is as follows.

MENU ;   SYSTEM  ;  BACKLIGHT ;  Not During Activity;   Gesture OFF

All is good before 23h59 and turn the wrist is operationnal. At midnight, the same action no longer works.

So if the morning when your screen is on ZZZ or on trial version screen, you can't have the initial hours screen

The solution to correct the problem is   

MENU ;   SYSTEM  ;  BACKLIGHT ;  Not During Activity;   Gesture  ON or     After Sunset.

Watch face use system watch settings, so you must change in your settings the 12/24 settings

Example for a fenix 5    MENU ; SYSTEM ; TIME ; TIME FORMAT, set to 24-hour or 12-Hour

Don't forget to change this settings in your garmin profile on garmin https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings 

If your watch and your profile are not same, in each synchronization your watch will be reset to garmin profile

This is normal, because before updating you must remove the application. All settings return to the default settings and the application restarts on factory bases. You must Disabling the Automatic App Update in the settings of garmin connect on your phone

This is a known bug that is still not resolved by Garmin. The solution is to do the setting by your phone, (or bought a windows pc with garmin express that works)

Sorry you’re having an ‘!’ issue, typically my apps are 99.99% bug free and the issue is a Connect App install issue .

This happens very often when you don't have the latest  production firmware version for your watch. (not a beta version)

In this situation the program will use a default factory settings.

The calories of the day. From 00h00 to 24h00. At 00h00 it's a new day. Body consommation is cumulated to your active calories

 is the real consumption of you activiy

is the numbers of days since the first day of the year

WEEKQUANT 

is a combination of week and quant.
