My application supports multiple barcode types and displays them directly on your Garmin watch.
The app can generate and display:
EAN‑8
EAN‑13
UPC‑A
EAN‑128
Code 39
Code 93
ITF‑14 (always 14 digits, numbers only)
Codabar (0–9, A–D, - $ / . + ; must start and end with A–D)
Aztec Code
Picture mode (upload your own barcode image)
My code generates the barcode and draws it on the screen.
From version 3.1.0, watches supporting CIQ2 (all models except F3 series, 215×180 and 205×140 formats) can also display:
QR Code
PDF417
DataMatrix
DotCode
GS1 DataMatrix
Enter the unique identifier shown in the app settings.
Example: V=3.1.0 A=974150
V = app version
I recommend always using the latest version.
Example: B3291 for a Fenix 6X.
If you install the app with Garmin Express but never launch it on the watch, this field will stay empty.
When the app starts, it checks your license:
FREE VERSION → no license or invalid license
PREMIUM VERSION → license is valid
If you enter the license using Garmin Express, it will only update after running the app on the watch.
Check your spam folder if needed.
Install a free barcode scanner on your phone, for example:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teacapps.barcodescanner
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/qr-code-barcode-scanner/id1048473097
EAN‑8, EAN‑13, UPC‑A, EAN‑128, Code39, ITF‑14, Codabar, etc.
If you still cannot identify it, send me a photo and I will check.
Do not mix card types — the app will reset the field.
For each card type:
Carrefour;Gym;Library;
12345678;9876543210123;000123456789;
⚠️ You must have the same number of labels and card numbers.
If you don’t want to use a card type, enter a single $
The app supports up to 100 cards
Free version: full access for 7 days, then only 2 cards remain visible
Picture mode is an alternative.
Take a photo of your barcode
Crop the image but keep a quiet zone around the code
Convert to JPG, black & white, max 100 KB
In the app settings:
Picture cards label → enter your label
Picture cards name → enter the file name (ex: mycard.jpg;)
Up to 4 picture cards, depending on watch memory.
The app will clear cached images, then automatically disable the option.
Your cards and labels will be emailed to you.
You can also store them manually in a text editor like Notepad++.
(You can add a short diagram here if you want.)
