1. General Terms

• 1.3 All purchases are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be accepted.

2. Purchases & Payments 

• 2.1 All payments must be made through Tebex, or PayPal our official payment processors. 

• 2.2 You must be the rightful owner of the payment method used. 

• 2.3 If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back, your access to the server and any purchased items may be revoked. 

• 2.4 Prices and available packages may change without notice.

3. Digital Products & Perks 

• 3.1 All products sold are digital goods and hold no real-world monetary value. 

• 3.2 Any in-game perks, ranks, or items obtained through purchase do not grant immunity from server rules. 

• 3.3 Purchased items will not be transferred between accounts or characters. 

• 3.4 Server wipes, resets, or updates may result in loss of purchased items without refund.

4. Server Rules & Compliance 

• 4.1 Purchasing a rank or item does not grant immunity from punishments. 

• 4.2 Players must abide by all server rules, including roleplay and community guidelines. 

• 4.3 Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the store system will result in a ban.

5. No Real Money Trading (RMT) 

• 5.1 Reselling, trading, or transferring purchases for real money or external services is strictly prohibited. 

• 5.2 Any involvement in RMT may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.

6. Refund Policy 

• 6.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 

• 6.2 Chargebacks or disputes will result in an immediate ban from the server and loss of all purchased perks.

7. Support & Disputes 

• 7.1 If you experience any issues with a purchase, you must open a support ticket via our Discord or Tebex support system. 

• 7.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or purchases at our discretion.
