Shooting from rooftops is strictly prohibited. All combat must occur on the ground or in accessible, realistic locations.
Civilians can be robbed on a gang block only through corrupt RP methods. This ensures that any robbery scenario is properly role-played and justified.
On NA (No-WL) servers, there is a maximum number of members permitted to defend or “slide” on a gang block.
The only exception to this limit is recognizing “fear for life” if you are outnumbered (meaning you must respond realistically to overwhelming odds).
If you retaliate or “slide” on a gang block with an approved beef, you may only do so once per hour.
Anyone who dies during that attack must wait at least 15 minutes before returning to the area or rejoining that scenario.
Even if your character dies in the original gang block conflict, you may still declare or maintain that gang block for the ongoing scenario (e.g., continued RP with survivors or remaining members).
When two gangs formally declare beef, there is a 30-minute cooldown during which neither side may initiate another slide or provoke each other. This prevents nonstop firefights and encourages more realistic pacing.
Do not go to another gang’s block and start a shootout unless there is an active, approved beef between the groups. Randomly attacking other gangs without cause is not allowed and breaks realism.
In gang-on-gang situations, be explicit about territory control. If you do not want another group on your turf, clearly tell them to leave.
If they refuse to leave despite warnings—and there is an established beef—then lethal force (KOS) may be justified. However, be sure there is legitimate context before resorting to violence.
Police officers must have a legitimate callout or clear reason to enter or engage with individuals inside a gang block. Random or baseless harassment of gang members is not permitted.
If an officer happens to drive by a gang block and observes a crime in progress, they are within their rights to report the incident and take appropriate action. Simply being in a gang block is not a crime on its own, but visible criminal activity can and should be acted upon.
If a gang commits any criminal act elsewhere and flees to their gang block, causing officers to follow them there, an automatic warrant may be issued by a judge.
Once the warrant is in place, law enforcement has the authority to respond in full force and raid the gang’s territory.
During a warranted raid, Kill on Sight (KOS) rules apply only after the gang initiates aggressive action. In other words, police cannot shoot indiscriminately; they must wait for the gang to open fire before returning lethal force.
This ensures police are responding to a verified threat and upholds a more realistic role-play environment.
