Definition:
When your character is downed and respawns at the hospital, you must not recall any events leading up to being incapacitated.
Emergency Services En Route:
You may not respawn if emergency services are already responding to your location.
Active Scene:
You may not respawn if the initiating party or any relevant participants of the scene are still present.
5-Minute Rule:
If you're involved in a shootout or similar scenario and no police arrive within 5 minutes of being downed, you may respawn.
If police arrive within this timeframe, you must remain on-scene to facilitate ongoing roleplay.
Police may request "angels" to revive your character for RP continuity, preventing unnecessary scene interruptions.
30-Minute Rule:
After being downed (killed, 0 BPM, or having "seen the light"), you cannot return to the original scene or interact with its participants for at least 30 minutes, even if the location changes.
This applies universally to players, PD, EMS, civilians, and gangs.
Even if EMS revives your character, your participation in that scene ends upon being downed.
Always attempt to call for medical assistance when incapacitated.
Drive realistically, mimicking actual driving behaviors. Avoid persistent high-speed or reckless driving unless specifically engaged in a legitimate RP scenario (e.g., active chase).
