An Assistance Session (11:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon) is held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. The purpose of the session is to provide a learning experience for Richmond Hill Adult 55+ members and the “techies” that assist them. The “techies” are all volunteers from our group; they endeavour to help with relatively minor technology problems. We are not in competition with commercial repair facilities. We will not hesitate to refer you to the professionals for major problems. Sign-up before the Information Session commences is advised to reserve 15 minutes of hands-on help with computer, tablet or smartphone issues. Cost - $2.50 payable to the City.
Please fill in the Technology Assistance Request Form (required) and email it to us 2 days prior to the Assistance Session. The information provided on the form may assist us in resolving your issue. You maybe contacted prior to the meeting.
