KEY POINTS

• An enquiry was opened by the DVFL into the conduct of the RFC after the Round 17 match against Templestowe ( issues involving Head Count & Scuffle ) which resulted in the  RFC forfeiting the $1500 bond that applied from the previous year.                                                    

• The Research Football Club was further advised that should the RFC be found guilty of any offence by the DVFL investigation committee during the remainder of the 1990 and all of the 1991 seasons then the investigation committee will recommend that Research Football Club be suspended for 12 months.

• John ( Max ) Bastow won the Reserves DVFL Comp Goal kicking award ( 82 Goals ) including a bag of 14 against Templestowe
