Ivan currently manages the overall operations of Rebisco University. He is a firm believer of strength-based interventions thus most of his learning approaches are founded on the philosophies of Human Development, Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology. For almost 10 years, he had partnered with several organizations in the academic, food service and manufacturing, and banking industries, to address complex and strategic learning and development needs.
He studied Management for his bachelor’s and masters degrees at UP Clark and UP Manila respectively, and is now finishing his PhD in Educational Psychology at UP Diliman. His research interests are focused on learner motivation, pedagogical approaches, and corporate universities.

Christine is an experienced L&D professional with a demonstrated history of working in various industries - academic, business processing outsourcing, banking and finance, corporate, and manufacturing. A graduate and former faculty of BA Speech Communication in UP Diliman, she specializes in the course design and execution of communication, core, culture, and leadership programs. She is certified by Ateneo Cord in learning and design and evaluation, a Greenbelt Six Sigma topnotcher, and stays current by completing Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, and Design Thinking Programs.
Outside the confines of the L&D space, she'd be found cooking, working out, or travelling.

Kurt is a Learning and Development Professional with more than a decade experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry. He has initiated and implemented Learning and Development initiatives throughout the organization and facilitated various Leadership and Core Competency Courses, for both corporate office and plant operations. He has extensive L&D competencies, ranging from instructional systems design to course analysis and evaluation. He is currently leading Rebisco's onboarding program and fundamental courses.
Aside from being a Clinical Psychology practitioner and and L&D professional, he also spends his leisure time training in mixed martial arts, going on trail runs and wake boarding.

Maine is an experienced Learning and Development professional who has worked with local and multinational companies in the Information Technology, Financial, and Professional Services industries. As a Learning and Development Manager for Functional Colleges, Maine is responsible for developing and implementing learning interventions that align with organizational goals and objectives. She is passionate about helping employees grow and develop and is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the learning experience.
Maine has completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Miriam College.

JB is an OD professional and is someone passionate about people development.
JB finished BS Community Development from UP Diliman. He has nearly a decade of experience on policy development and conceptualizing and leading national and global campaigns promoting Maternal Health and Sexual and Reproductive Rights, Gender Equality, Education, Students' Rights and Welfare, among others.
He then transitioned to developing people within companies through Organization Development. He is currently at the tail-end of the Masters in Organizational Psychology program of Ateneo de Manila University.

Von is an OD and Analytics professional with background in collegiate education, corporate training and learning, and leadership & organizational Development gained from HEI, FMCG and Food Industry. Currently, He handles data analytics requirements of People and Culture and work with other teams to facilitate Organizational diagnosis and assessments.
A Registered Psychometrician and Certified Human Resource Professional with Master’s Degree focused in Psychology and Education from Batangas State University - TNEU. He is skilled in research and analytics, learning module development, project management, and performance & talent management.

Jed is a human resource professional who has experience in Learning and Development, Organization Development, and Employee Engagement.
Jed graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Psychology and went on to have a career in the BPO industry, Management Consulting, IT, and Insurance Industries. Over the last few years, Jed has specialized in Performance Management and Training with emphasis on employee development programs.

Ivan is currently leading the Talent Management function, particularly Succession Planning and Development, of the Organization Development (OD) Team.
He is an experienced HR Business Partner from the semiconductor and food-tech industries. As an advocate of continuous improvement, he rotated through different HR assignments early into his career to gain the knowledge he has today. In this learning journey, he managed to influence the leaders of his assigned groups to standardize and streamline the relevant people practices in their respective organizations.
He studied in U.P. Diliman with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Ida currently leads the Corporate Organization Development (OD) arm in People & Culture. She is committed to building and sustaining partnerships with business leaders to support and enable them to fulfill their goals and objectives through an efficient, productive workforce.
She has a decade of experience as an HR & OD Professional with exposure in various industries, given her years of external consulting practice. She managed several HR/OD consulting engagements with private companies and public sector agencies, particularly projects in Job Analysis, Competency Development and Assessment, Job Evaluation, HR Policy Development & Review, Learning and Development, Organizational Analysis, Talent Management, and Org Transformation. She completed her Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology at UP Diliman where she also obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Latin honors. Ida is also a registered Psychometrician.

Cecill is the current People & Culture Deputy Head. She has two decades of experience in Learning and Development with strong expertise in program design, development and facilitation. On the other hand, she has 10 years of experience in Organizational Development for a multi-national company working in a matrix and multi-cultural organization. She also has extensive experience as HR Business Partner for Commercial Teams and Sales Force Effectiveness. With 10 years of experience in Talent & Career Management and Succession Planning, she have participated in high level organizational reviews and strategic HR planning.
She is a Certified Talent Economist, Certified Facilitator of Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and the Leadership Suite, Achieve Global.
