Introduction to Project Management

Overview: This self-paced course is designed to introduce learners to the fundamentals of project management, aligned to the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and practices prescribed by Rebisco Corporate Planning.

After the course the participants will be able to: 

1. Describe the different stages of a project, and

2. Define the Knowledge Areas and Process Groups of Project Management.

Basic Project Management training is the second Leg of the PM Certification Program. Completion of this training will make you a Rebisco Certified Junior Project Manager. This blended-learning course uncovers the PM methodologies and tools that can be used in our organization.
