The Rebisco Essential Leadership Standards (RELS)

Building a strong Rebisco leadership brand starts with laying down a sturdy foundation. Leadership standards serve as cornerstones in which all other leadership blocks will be built upon.

Setting the Rebisco Essential Leadership Standards (RELS) does not only assure alignment, but more importantly, it enables mutual understanding and promotes trust across the organization.

In essence, RELS also serves as our minimum guide in (1) defining our unique Rebisco leadership brand, (2) delivering targeted learning interventions among our leaders, and (3) evaluating readiness of potential successors. 

All leaders have common expected leadership behaviors called as the general practices. Recognizing that leadership expectations and scope may vary per position level, there are also unique practices under each position levels such as supervisory, managerial, and executive practices.
