PMS Workshop 1: Target Setting and Development Planning
This workshop aims to equip employees with the basic concepts of the Performance Management System and the practice of using the OGSM tool to ensure alignment of goals across the different levels of the organization. The final output of this learning program is the finalization of the participants' 2023 individual balanced scorecard.

This goal of this workshop is to arm people leaders with the right skills in having effective performance-related discussions with their team during the performance monitoring, evaluation, and calibration activities of the cycle. It aims to highlight the importance of coaching, feedback, and other developmental tools such as the individual development plan and the performance improvement plan.
