LISSA and the GSLIS Student Chapter of the Society of American Archivists will be sponsoring a panel presentation featuring CUNY librarians and archivists who traveled to Cuba on a week-long exchange visit in January, 2016. Among the panelists will be Assistant Professor Bill Blick (QCC), Senior Archivist Pedro Juan Hernández (Centro de Estudios Puertorriqueños), and Acting Chief Librarian Manuel Sanudo (Queens College). The panel will be moderated by SAA Student Chapter President Sarah Rose. The event will be held in President’s Conference Room #1 in Rosenthal Library. Refreshments will be served at the latter event.
