P1. Management - promotion and dissemination of the project. The activity will start at the beginning of September 2020 and it will finish in August 2023. Each partner school will promote and disseminate the project and project activities:
-on the school website (project timetable, articles, descriptions of the visits, monitoring and evaluation reports, photos, products, results of the competitions)
-by articles in local magazines
-by materials promoting the project, leaflets, brochures and a key ring with a logo of the project (a product of the project)

P2. Management - monitoring and evaluation of the project.
The activity will start at the beginning of October 2020 and it will finish at the beginning of September 2023. Schools will take advantage of their established structures of management and monitoring, regarding regular school life.
Especially for the needs of this project two people at each school, will be responsible for monitoring the activities of the project. Every six months, this subgroup will prepare a report regarding the achieved tasks in the project and send it to the coordinating school. On the base of the reports the coordinating school prepares the summing up reports of monitoring and evaluation after the first and second year of the project.
P3. Management - organizational activities Each partner school:
-informs municipalities and school environments on the objectives and activities of the project (organizing meetings, preparing brochures, informing posters/ banners)
-arrange the appointment of teams in each school - teams for the management, monitoring and evaluation of the project
-prepare the detailed schedule of the project implementation

-discuss activities related to the current project management

P4. Erasmus teams at each school.
Partners arrange their teams in a multidisciplinary way, there will be teachers from different education sectors, also from the leading staff. Detailed work plan for the project will be made in each school.

P5. Dissemination of the project and the celebration of the Erasmus programme: #ErasmusDays
Partner schools hold a CULTURAL SPIRIT WEEK at the same time with the ERASMUSDAYS. The purpose of cultural spirit week is to get the kids enthused and aware of the project. The week also serves to get students involved, working cooperatively and united on a common goal of promoting the project and the Erasmus programme.

Aim: Students explore how to design Christmas e-cards including cultural design and use the power of words to spread the Christmas spirit. Methodology:
1: Discuss the audience and the occasion as important factors to consider. With this in mind, have the students select the lucky recipient of their Christmas e-card. Use the SMART Board presentation to sort these people into categories: people close to our heart, everyday peeps, Erasmus friends and acquaintances.
2: Writing messages, style and audience relations, digital signatures

P8. Getting to know each other through eTwinning.
Aim: To create a platform through which students/teachers can initially meet and share about themselves, their schools, their communities in regard to intangible cultural heritage, countries.
Methodology: Students/teachers introduce themselves on a virtual wall and look at the presentations of other European students/teachers.
To further inform not only participating students/ teachers but also other groups of students from each partner school will prepare videos of their schools, countries, cultures. These will be shared amongst the partner schools and each school will display them on interactive bulletin boards using QR codes.
Expected results: Students/teachers become familiar with their partner schools’ students/teachers and their views regarding intangible cultural heritage. They meet each other virtually and will be able to forge relationships throughout the project.

P9. Initial Surveys to students, teachers and parents
Surveys will be available online on eTwinning and with Google Drive, too. The questionnaire aims to gather feedback from staff who participate in the mobilities and/or in our programme.
The survey will help to understand better the impact of our Erasmus project by comparing the changes in attitudes, competences and behaviors of staff as a result of mobility.
We will ensure that the content is based around the survey’s aims and objectives and importantly our participants’ experiences, views and behaviors etc. This will be achieved through a small-scale qualitative research involving 10 open or closed question, a ‘don’t know’ response option, rating scales with respondents selected from our target groups.
Results will be analysed by the coordinators and then the Greek coordinator will sum up, point out weak and strοng points of the work process done so far. After it partners will discuss the results, make necessary changes
P10. European e-portfolios:
Participating teachers open their e-portfolio that will be a web-based collection of a teacher’s work gathered during the project cycle. It will be a learning tool that promotes teacher self-assessment and critical thinking about learning/teaching goals, and encourages sharing of work and feedback from others. P19. European Flying Carpet
Aim: This activity helps students discover legends, myths and historical buildings in a funny and creative way. Teachers use the digital tools and new methods they learned during the Italian visit.
Methodology: Students create a flipped e-book “Winnie the Pooh and the Six tales” in which the character visits their cities and discovers the tangible and intangible cultural heritage.Through research and group work, students discover their cultural heritage by transforming rough pencil drawings into a semi – professional comic book character that travels in history and culture.
Expected results: It will strengthen the children’s local identity and cultural heritage. That activity will be convenient for explaining pupils’ different cultures and traditions. It will help to develop a shared cultural knowledge and emphasize the European dimension of our cultural heritage project.

P31. Music and Folklore but Together!
Aim: Each partner selects a traditional song. A ThingLink will be used to attach all videos in an interactive map of Europe. Teachers use the digital tools and new methods (Kodály method, the Dance House method) they had learnt during the Hungarian mobility.
Methodology: Students work in groups and they are assigned a part of each of the partners’ songs to prepare choreography. Students listen to the music several times, rehearse their choreography and record a video of them performing the dance. All videos are shared in a new Thinglink interactive map of Europe.
Expected results: All students will know different cultures, traditions and dances, they will learn to accept differences but they will also comprehend the unique value of the European cultural heritage that connects every country.

Presenting a monitoring and evaluation report after the second year of the project - partners may discuss and work out the conclusions.
Teachers evaluate their e-portfolios.
P43. Local educational stakeholders will be visited and informed about the project process, the development obtained so far according to the project objectives will be presented in a report and the necessary support for the continuation of the obtained outcomes will be requested after the project cycle officially ends.
P44. Evaluation and assessment of Teachers Portfolios: The portfolio will demonstrate the teaching skills, experience, merits and professional development of participating teachers.
Teachers study the content in their portfolio how it is linked to the learning objectives/outcomes.Displaying current achievement (pick the best complete work). They study finished work and work in progress for future development. They examine their attitudes about teaching and evaluate themselves with self-reflection and critical thinking. Portfolios let teachers reflect about their profession and monitor their progress.
They study and write reflections to be focused on: -What all have done in the past, what training I completed ?
-What have I learned, in what way have I developed? -What skills/competencies have been developed with the activities?
-What do I need to learn next to become a more qualified teacher?
P45. Final surveys to students and parents
Surveys will be available online on eTwinning and with Google Drive, too. The questionnaire aims to gather feedback from those who participated in our project.
The survey will help to understand better the impact of our Erasmus project by comparing the changes in attitudes, competences, skills and behaviors of students/parents as a result of the activities. We will ensure that the content is based around the survey’s aims and objectives and importantly our participants’ experiences, views and behaviors etc. This will be achieved through a small-scale qualitative research involving 10 open or closed question, a ‘don’t know’ response option, rating scales with respondents selected from our target groups.
Results will be analysed by the coordinators and before the final report will be submitted partners will do an overview of the 2 years, and will compare the results.
P46. Final Surveys on eTwinning/Google Drive for teachers who have been participating in training sessions, workshops or lectures, have been observing other teachers’ classes, and who are interested in introducing new digital tools into their own everyday practice.
Aim: To examine the outcomes of activities which have been used to promote the idea of infusing the teaching of cultural heritage into the practice of teachers with the help of innovative digital tools.
While completing the surveys teachers are encouraged to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of their own teaching practice and are motivated to take action in order to improve the didactic process.
