Monday: European Day

GREECE

The students, in collaboration with the teachers, after searching and finding information about the countries we work with in the Erasmus programs, created a collage with the texts they wrote, as well as photos with sights of the countries and their flags. Thus, they were able to get to know these countries better and present them to the other students and teachers of our school and to their parents.

Also, students and teachers of our school had the opportunity to experience diversity by watching the presentation of Elias Mastoras (International Referee for the Blind, Adult Educator etc) and participating in activities with the ball for the blind that he invented.

HUNGARY

On the 15th October, 2020 the Szent Imre Katolikus Általános Iskola joined the events of the #ErasmusDays. We organized a logo exhibition in our school. Students created wonderful logos for the project. We announced an online escape room, too where the students from the partner schools could learn about the mythology of the partner schools through interactive online tasks and questions. Students were rewarded for the logos and for their enthusiasm and participation in the Erasmus program, in the #ErasmusDays. Those who were the fastest to get out from the escape room were also awarded.

The students looked for information about the countries in the project, their geographical features and flags. Then they made posters, drawings and coloured flags.
