Professional identity development and
role integration in psychodrama basic training

Trainees of psychodrama
have to develop their identity as a psychodramatist among different objectives. During the basic level they have to find the balance between self-experience and learning as a student. At the advanced level they have to achieve their new identity during almost three years of work and training.
In order to develop their identity, different roles have to be integrated, as Moreno said, and Peter Kellerman described. Role as client, as producer, therapist/ counselor, analyst and the last one introduced by Kellerman the role of a group leader.
Our workshop is an invitation to explore levels and layers of this role integration.

Gratiela Sion is a founding member and vice-president of the Romanian Society of Victimology. She has researched concerns in the fields of psychotraumatology and gender-based violence and is part of the MiStory International Lab, Michigan University.
Also, she is a trainer of the "JL Moreno Psychodrama Society" in in Cluj, and a specialised psychotherapist, accredited by the Romanina College of Psychologists. At "Spiru Haret" University, she teaches in Educational Psychology, School Counseling and Adolescent, Youth and Adult Psychopedagogy. Within the Master's Program in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Intervention, she teaches Psychodrama as a discipline.
Author of diverse books and articles, her last appearance as unique author is "Psychology of adolescence and youth - Development, education and intervention", Presa Universitara Clujeana: Cluj 2018.
Hilde Gött, born in Romania as a granddaughter of SS members whose wives were deported to Siberia. Trainer, Director, MSc Psychodramapsychotherapy. Hilde is Certified Trainer and Supervisor (DGSv) of Psychodrama for the “Psychodrama Association for Europe”(PAfE) and has been teaching more than 20 years in Germany and Europe. She is a Children and Adolescent Therapist, focusing on trauma, domestic violence and suicidal cases.
