Irina Stefanescú, Passionate and experienced Learning & Development Partner for organizations and their people. Chemistry graduate, she got accredited as trainer (1997), recruiter and headhunter (1997), coach (2005), psychodramatist (2009) and sociodramatist (2012). Licensed to use LIFO® (1999), Thomas International Management System™ (2000) and Human Synergistics® (2005).
She has founded FLUX Training and Consultancy (2004) where she works with people from healthcare, banking and insurance, heavy industry, oil and gas, automotive, IT&C, FMCG, construction, education and management consultancy. She is the founder of Sociodrama Centre Romania, works also in Geneva, with ODeF, contributing to the one-year certificate course for sociodrama and action methods for consultants, coaches, trainers, managers and youth leaders.
It was Moreno’s dream that we work towards reversing the sociodynamic effect that tears the world apart and creates huge economic and social gaps. We are deeply immersed in a destructive war and find ourselves in a stormy political, social and economic crisis, after a major health crisis.
At the end of the PAfE Conference 2023, how can we harvest our learning together, celebrate our reconnection to each other and bring back seeds of hope into our lives and communities?
In this final large group, we will work with what we discovered in the various workshops. Through the power of spontaneity and the sociodramatic encounter we aim to find collective strength for the present and the future in order for us to leave empowered to face the world and plant seeds of hope!
