Even though the TIV 1 is a weak car, or a tornado interceptor, this is quite strong compared to the dominator 1. This car has a turret for 360 degree footage, vibrant white colors, bright headlights, and four arms that stabilize it in tornado intercepts.

The TIV 1 does not have spikes that penetrate deep into the ground but they do have some sort of impact on its stabilization during tornado intercepts. Don't ask me why IDK.

Yeah, I just looked it up it only withstands F 3 or 165 MPH winds. :/ yeah that makes it the weakest.
