IB Concierge is the platform used to upload documentation during the evaluation process. This is also where you will be able to access your Preliminary Review and Evaluation reports.
The passwords needed for access to IB Concierge will be sent to coordinators when the dates corresponding to the different stages of the evaluation process have been confirmed to the school. This will happen approximately twelve months before the submission of the self-study questionnaire.
The passwords will be sent to coordinators and not to heads. If more than one programme is being evaluated simultaneously in a school, then each coordinator will receive their own password.
You will get an email indicating that the preliminary review process has begun.
You can click on the link included in the email or log in to IB Concierge by using the URL: https://concierge.ibo.org/

Once you have logged in, you can find, on the main page, the bar which indicates the state the process is in. There will be an orange bar representing the first half of the process. Please click on Review.
Bear in mind that all programmes in your school which are currently undergoing evaluation will be listed. If your school offers more than one programme, upload of documents must be completed for each one of them.
Please upload the documents in all the corresponding fields by clicking on the upload button and select the appropriate files. You can also upload files by dragging and dropping them in the corresponding fields.
Some fields will accept only one Word, PDF or JPEG file. It is not possible to upload excel files or compressed files. In the case of required curriculum documentation, schools have the option to provide IB with access to their online written curriculum platform for evaluation purposes.
When a file has been uploaded correctly, a green check mark will appear next to it. The time and date at which the file was uploaded will appear too.
The submission of the preliminary review is separate and comes before the submission of the self-study.
Please click on the Access button in the preliminary review section to consult the list of documents which still need to be uploaded.
The list of pending documents will open in a new window. It will look similar to the one on the right hand side.
Make sure you have uploaded all the required documents. Click on the Access button in the All programmes tab. Every time you click on Access, a new window will open.
Please click on Request in the new window you opened. The programme specialist who has been assigned to your school will in this way be able to access and review your documents.
Please repeat these steps if there is more than one programme that is currently going through the evaluation process.
