Throughout our meetings we validated how much we were on the right track with the project.
This time the validation was up to me. Since the client has decided that Vibes page is more suitable for main page, and a calendar functionality was lacking so... for the second iteration of the prototype we took a really big dive once again and basically .
What's desirable and what's valuable?
Not too big of a research here, we a series of several meetings with Anke and in conclusion we agreed that all of the 7 Main factors that influence UX might not be needed in our case so we focused only on desirable and valuable. (pic below)
Where my input questions were:
Desirable -
Do you find application's layout of content to be reasonable?
How do you find the navigation, intuitive or rather not?
Valuable -
What's the right balance between too much information about soft skills and keeping the app intriguing making the user want to come back?
Does this application prototype align with customer expectations?
The next step was to yet again validate how much of the client's expectations we've met with this redesign. For this we had two approaches that we wanted to test. Harry came up with a refined web-application that allowed the user to leave feedback on the go - link here: t.maze.co/84351117
While my approach seemed a little more barbaric, yet I've had plenty of experience and gained valuable insights with it - the so called Guerilla Testing. We conducted it during one of our meeting asking the client to execute a certain order of steps while we recorded and noted down where he did or didn't succeed.
