• How can I extend RefArch’s cartridge and create a Notify-me-when-available functionality in order to enhance the user's experience throughout their customer journey?

Assignment
Create a new functionality which will be used on Product Details Page (PDP) to allow customers to subscribe for notification when out-of-stock product is available.

This time empathizing wouldn't have been the starting point since I had a clear project description and clear target. What I think was asked for me in terms of a research to do was think about user stories and acceptance criteria, however that is for the next page.

Here I would like to talk about the beginning of this project and focus more on professional outcomes that I could get from it.

At the very beginning I had to learn how to properly use Jira and I've turned to my favorite CMD method - Library Research. The process needed was to extend the original ticket into a sub-task and into that sub-task extend the given starting repo which was connected to Bitbucket.
