ZhuanQi-专气

Conscious Qi (zhuan qi): sit or lie down, slowly inhale with nose, hold for 5 seconds or longer according to individual ability; then exhale with mouth quickly. Consciousness/imagination can lead qi to where the pain/disease is. Qi will get rid of any disease. It’s self-healing is astonishingly well. Healthy living is very simple: sleep, eat less/no eating, drink less/no drink, zhuan qi, and PaidaLajin.

正确的专气方法:坐着或躺下,慢慢深吸一口气,秉住呼吸5秒或更长,根据个人情况而定;然后用嘴大口吐气。练习时可以用意念/想像引导专气,让气走向病灶,也就是“气冲病灶”,其自愈效果非常惊人。养生之道非常简单:睡觉、少食/不食、少饮/不饮、专气、拍打拉筋。

Zhuanqi Breathing Technique

Contributed by Qinwu, Zhuanqi Breathing Technique is a simple but effective method to expel toxins, coldness and dampness from one’s body. While sitting or lying, inhale through one’s nose, hold the qi for a few seconds before exhale through one’s mouth.

One can easily practice it for 50-200 times a day during Lajin, meditative jogging, meditative sitting, standing or even driving. Zhuanqi breathing technique is very similar to the one in the Wall-hitting exercise.
