Successful self-healing stories

Here is my retell of Ms. Xu's stories. Please don't quote me on the details because I could have remembered wrong. :) Ms. Xu performed paida on her knee four years ago when she first heard about paida. Lots of purple sha came out on her knee. The knee pain was gone forever! She felt that she could go and get all the stool out of her body easily after paidalajin. She does not feel hungry like she did before, therefore she did not feel the need to eat more. As a result, she lost 3 pounds. She and her husband both lajin everyday since they purchased the lajin bench. She does it 15-20 minutes each leg and her husband 30 minutes each leg. Her husband experienced qichongbingzao: vomiting, coughing, feeling tired (which is really good because this means that the poisin is coming out of his system). Her husband used to have enlarged prostate. After one time paida groins, he could go easily without feeling the pain or the sense that there was more urine left inside. Ms. Xu, please speak up if I missed some points in your story.

Here is what I shared. Mimi, a mother who practice Taichi with me on Sunday mornings, once told me about her son, who had knee pain. Her son went to see the doctor, who could not tell him what was wrong but did give him prescription. He took the drug for a week. The pain was still here. Mimi then asked her son if she could treat him with her way. He agreed. She paida his knee. She did it pretty mild because she could not do it hard for her son. Sha and bump came out. She did not hear him complaining about his knee pain. After one week, she asked. He said that the pain was completely gone and he'd even forgot about the pain.

Saturday (10-18-2014) night, a friend came to my house. We were just chatting. She mentioned that her knee was hurting and it kept her from sleeping at night. I paida her right knee, for about 15-20 minutes. She told me Sunday morning that she used to need to use the handrail to get up and down the stairs, one step with both feet on the same level at a time. After paida, she felt her right knee is lighter and could get up and down the stairs without using the handrail.

Sunday morning (10-19-2014), a taichi friend mentioned that her right shoulder was hurting. I paida her shoulder outside, for about 10 minutes. I had to stop because someone started to get scared.
