August 23, 2014 Day schedule at Paidalajin Workshop:

Third day of fasting (everyone goes through a 3-day fasting)

6:00 am Waist twirling, then chan pao/slow jogging for 1 hour

7:00 am Lotus sitting

8:00 am Paida head, 8 minutes each part, stretch and relax shoulder in between: top of head, front and back of head, sides of head, bottom of head that connects to neck, eyes, ears, face

9:15 am, break, drink ginger dates tea

9:30 am Paida hips, three in a group, two work on one person, then change role

12:00 pm Break, drink ginger dates tea, nap

2:30 pm Paida danjing - spleen meridian, two in a group

5:00 pm Sharing

6:00 pm Lotus sitting

7:00 pm Dismissal
