禅跑/“Chan Pao” =ZEN JogGING

“Chan Pao” or ZEN JOGGING is a form of self-therapy that uses the slow, quiet (no talking) jog motion approach to align our physical and emotional self into unity to achieve optimal Meridian circulation under the influence of the morning Yang Qi. This jog is done with a relaxed body, light and slow steps, without the large strides or the fast breathing. Our eyes are looking down at the toes with a steady focus there without looking around to compete with others who may be ahead on the jog. Our hands make loose fists… The jog needs to be done first thing in the morning before any food/water intake to be effective.

禅跑的指导说明

慢跑被现代医学证明是一种破坏性疗法,通过令机体轻微受伤对机体进行修复,从而达到自疗目的。医行天下的禅跑就是教大家在跑步过程中做到身心合一,让心来觉知身体的运动,从而更好地统领全身气血对身体上病灶处即经络不通之处进行修复。

禅跑注意事项:

禅跑前须空腹,也不能喝水;禅跑过程中不要东张西望、不说话、不听周围的杂音;禅跑中量力而行,速度要慢,不要和周围的人比速度。

禅跑的方法:

下额微收,眼睛的余光看到脚尖,视线不超过一米;双手轻握,空心拳;全部脚掌着地,身体必须上下有节奏地颠起来;用鼻子呼吸,嘴微微张开,不要大口喘气;心放松,脚步轻快。
