Yu-Gi-Oh has been on of these game I've been playing since my childhood. I've always loved it and still play it! It's a very complex TCG, but I wanted to challenge myself to do some content design for it. It has been a really fun and intresting game design exercise!
This archetype has been added to the game back in 2004 with the extension Rise of Destiny (RDS). It's now considered as one of the worst archetype of the whole game. I've challenged myself to make it competitive in the current meta!
The original Mokey Mokey is a weak normal monster.
Mokey Mokey King was at the time the "Boss Monster" of the archetype. His effect allows you to reborn 3 Mokey Mokey when he leaves the field.
Mokey Mokey Smackdown was the heart of the archetype. It's effect makes all Mokey Mokey get 3000 ATK points when one of them is destroyed. This card is the only win condition for the Mokey Mokey deck!
Mokey Mokey Adrift is the only Mokey Mokey card that has been added later to the game as a support for the archetype. He allows you to discard himself to add any Mokey Mokey card to your hand.
In order to make the Mokey Mokey competitive, I had to make my own cards to complete the deck strategy. But I didn't only want to make it competitive, but I also wanted to keep the spirit fo the deck and to make use of the 4 orginals cards of the archetype!
Make a deck that play with the originals cards.
Make the deck playable in the current meta, good enough to be played in tournament, but without being the best deck of the game.
Keep the same strategy of bringing on field a lot of smalls Mokey Mokey, and using Smackdown to defeat your opponent in one turn.
Keep playing around normals monsters : "This card's name becomes "Mokey Mokey" and is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the GY."
High Mokey Mokey allows you to destroy your own cards to add others to your hand. This card allows you to activate the effect of "Mokey Mokey Smackdown" while searching for your most important cards in your deck.
Relaxed Mokey Mokey is both the main protection of the deck and the engine that's makes it run! This spell card protects Mokey Mokey cards from being banished, as well as allowing you to search for your cards and to destroy your opponent's cards. It's the reason why the player should try to swarm the field with his Mokey Mokey as much as possible!
Mokey Mokey Emperor is able to special summon himself from your hand, activating at the same time the effect of "Relaxed Mokey Mokey" for free. He also allows you to send Mokey Mokey monster from anywhere to the graveyard, for you to summon them afterwards with other cards . He is an excellente way of bringing your cards while activating "Relaxed Mokey Mokey".
While Mokey Mokey Judgment is not the most important card of the deck, it's still a great tool to control your opponent and get rid of his/her cards, by using them to summon your own fusion monsters (with super polymerisation) ! This card is also usefull to destroy your own monsters to trigger the effect of Smackdown.
Mokey Mokey Queen is the new boss monster for the archetype. Each turn, the queen can either destroy your own cards to trigger Smackdown, reborn a Mokey Mokey monster from your graveyard, or send a Mokey Mokey monster from your deck to your graveyard. With Mokey Mokey Queen on the field, you can build up your strategy really quickly, allowing you to destroy your opponent! But that's not all, she can also summon "Mokey Mokey King" when she left the field, assuring you to keep your engine running in case of trouble.

Where Arf Thou allows you to search any Mokey Mokey monster and to add it to your hand, making the deck very reliable!
Thanks to Tri-Wight, you could special summon your Mokey Mokey monsters that are in your graveyard, which would trigger "Relax Mokey Mokey" effect while bringing more ressources on the field!
One for One allows you to summon any Mokey Mokey monster directly from your deck, which would again trigger "Relax Mokey Mokey" effect!
Super Polymerization allows you to use your opponent card's to summon your own fusion monsters ! Very strong combo to use with "Mokey Mokey Judgement".
