         2. Empathy Circles are Wholisitic since you get to speak and be heard as well as listen to others. It support mutual empathy. 

         3. learn a skill and way of being that you can take home and use in your every day life.

         4. There is someone to organize, scheudle and host the Empathy Circle. Do not need to do administration work.

   4. Benefits For Facilitators

      1. Many people would like to work on empathy but can not becouse they need fianicial  sustainability. 

      2. Address the needs of the facilitators  for a livelihood.
