Executive Order No.55

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect November 11th 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: A National Holiday shall be proclaimed in the Nation on November 11th which shall be called Veterans Day and shall commemorate the people who sacrificed their lives not just for our country but for everlasting peace.

Executive Order No.54

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect October 31st 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: Through the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, managed by the department of Personal Services shall do to the best of our limited treasury and sovereignty, establish some degree of Food Stamps to ensure low-income or dependency citizens could have more food purchasing power.

Section 2: It is hereby established that all citizens of the Unitary Republic of Curnon under Article IX Section 3 shall be awarded Honorary Citizenship sanctioned by law. In addition the Magnolia Ever Friendship Order medal will be established and given to on the basis of foreign individuals that have done good works in micronationalism or have been great friends to the Pearson Republic.

Executive Order No.53

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect September 1oth 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: Along with the Imperial and Metric System of Measurements shall be a measurement system of our own known as the Burk Measurement System which shall be enacted of usage within the country but shall not outlaw or replace the Imperial or Metic Systems. Headed by a director the Pearsican Directorate of Measurement Usage shall regulate and enforce any measurement guidelines of the Nation.

Executive Order No.52 

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect August 31st 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: A National Holiday will be declared on the Fourth of September to commemorate workers, laborers and Pearsicans who worked hard and earned a day of rest. This holiday which will be celebrated henceforth shall be named Pioneers Day. Another holiday shall be established to celebrate our own satirical saint which shall be called Saint Tiffany Day on the 30th of August which shall commemorate and celebrate hope.

Executive Order No.51

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect August 20th 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: It will be authorized that the Ministry of Finance and the Treasury Department will print Hundred Puro bills for the country.

Executive Order No.50

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect July 20th 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: These awards shall be created in order to give in merit to citizens or all who have contributed to the Nation in these certain ways; Order of the Cardinal Direction: shall be awarded to people who have given greatly to the Pearson Republic, Honor of the Skink: shall be bestowed on people who have served in the Pearson Republic Armed Forces or any other service for the Nation, Order of Garrett Lake: given to people who shown great care for the integrity of ecosystems, nature and the environment in general and the Order of the Farmer: awarded to people who have worked the hardest.

Section 2: Ordered for the Ministry of Finance through the Treaty Department to mint Half-Puro Coins for the security of the economy.

Executive Order No.49 

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect April 10thth 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: These following holidays shall be added to the Pearsican National Calendar: April 10th Chunky Cappuccino Ice Cream Day, May 1st Okra Day, March 24th  and June 1st Red Earth Day. We encourage our citizens to celebrate these holidays according to the said days.

Executive Order No.48

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect February 19th 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: There will be a State of Egermecay issued for the Nation due to severe winter storms in all counties. Pearson Republic Emergency Management Agency and Ministry of State Security will deploy troops to help citizens in need.

Section 2: The Ministry of Law & Order will launch the Duolingo Search Of Death Investigation Committee.  The D.S.O.D.I.C will investigate the cause of death of Duo the Duolingo mascot. The Committee may use resources from the Ministry of Law & Order if needed. The investigation will end on May 24, 2025.

Executive Order No.47

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect February 18th 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: It will be announced that the citizenship of Katelyn Brown shall be revoked for treasonous affairs with the Gounash Nation and going against the Constitution under Article IX under citizenship which a Pearsican cannot have citizenship within the nation if a citizen of another micronation.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect January 2nd 2025 (VI ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: The Navy of Pearson Republic shall be deployed to any natural water source nearby the Capitol District of Skinkston to protect and document in those waters and release the new submarine the P.R.S Crawfish.

Section 2: Added to Pearson Law that in the Pearson Republic you must show identification when purchasing ice cream per gallon.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect October 27th th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: Until Constitution Amended as an Institution under the Ministry of Art and Culture there shall be an official National Theater called the National Pearsican Theater which shall display art permanences, shows, etc. especially ones prudence by citizens or the Nation as a whole. Dictator shall be chosen by the Minister of Art and Culture with the President's approval.

Executive Order No.44

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect October 19th th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: We shall make Genevieve Burk a National Hero by writing our National Anthem. The Official National Anthem of the Pearson Republic shall be the Strength of A Million. Lyrics:

Mason Doctrine

Whereas, the gravity of the current situation of foreign conflicts in recent times we, the Pearsican people, shall develop new foreign policy for the sake of our country, allies and neighbors. We will start out with the troubled situations.

In recent times the Neighborhood of White Hawk has budded head with our Nation. Homeowners Association has become greedy with it stricting of civil liberties of its members and hypocritical lesser actions of some policies. If the Pearson Republic pays foreign aid to the local Homeowners Association but does not see any of it going to good use. They enforce arbitrary regulations of fences but do not enforce regulations like lawn mowing. Neighbors as well within White Hawk have sent us a letter with no address with the document saying we have lost peace and serenity of the Bay of Begal with canine citizens' excessive barking. It is a double standard if they have dogs as well or for some reason do not mind other neighbor dogs around the Bay. We, the Pearsicans, have been faithful to this community that we border and now see that tides are starting to sour. We have been quiet, nice and never written a complaint about our neighbors when we wanted to but after that we should. 

In this response we shall use our inherent sovereignty to be quieter but express ourselves through signs. We shall develop a quiet protest to the tyrannical Homeowners Association. We shall have clean ups within our country and the Bay of Begal to show off our kindness as a people. In the other part of middle bixby there is a rising threat.

The Gounash Nation, led by their tyrannical Head Molecule Kyle Steward, has threatened us numerous times. After their illegal annexation of Fiore Arbor and the Gounashian-Pearsican Agreement that amended the situation we thought our ties were strong but recent threats from Gounashian officials wanting to invade the Pearson Republic. Head Molecule Kyle Steward has failed to denounce these threats and even joined in on the comments. He tried to be hospitable even offering some agreements but were rejected.

In this response we shall use our inherent sovereignty to build up some military presents in all territories. We are still in opening relations or talks with the Gounash Nation and will not harm any citizens of that nation as they are ordained rights. Still if an invasion force is sent we shall be prepared and liberate Fiore Arbor for their freedom and liberty. As to counter the Gounashian Hegemony we shall establish at least ten colonies to counter their power.

We hope that every citizen of the Pearson Republic understands and helps uphold these policies.

Section 1: A monument shall be erected by the Ministry of the Interior and Environment by Daisy National Cemetery, Jesse Street, Capitol District of Skinkston.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect August 16th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: It shall be proclaimed that the Ghost Town of Sparronoke shall be protected as a National Cultural Landmark to the Pearson Republic which will be enforced by the Ministry of Law and Order and the Office of Historical and Cultural Preservation.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect August 16th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: Until further Constitutional Amendment a State Owned Company shall be created to dedicate its services to the Nations telephone communications. It shall be named the Pearson Republic Bell Services and shall be directed by a Commissioner.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect August 10th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: The birdbath on the front of the Government Palace shall be named Okra Fountain as a National Monument in dedication to the Nation. 

Section 2: July 21st shall be declared as a holiday known as Aerospace Day to commemorate our first rocket launch of the Nation.

Section 3: The Pearson Republic Armed Forces shall extend their occupation of the Colonies of Irvingland and Begal from the enforced date to November 2nd 2024 (V).

Executive Order No.38

Section 1: A holiday shall be established on May 27th which shall be called Memorial Day which will comerates and remember who served to protect this country.

Section 2: The Pearson Republic Armed Forces shall occupy the Colonies of Begal and Irvingland from May 27th to June 30th.

Executive Order No.36

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect May 5th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: In the session from late spring to early summer the amount of bass that an individual can catch shall be from six to three a day. It shall only be permanent for two months. The Ministry of Interior and Environment and Department of Wildlife Conservation shall enforce these regulations.

Executive Order No.35

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect April 11th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: The Pearson Republic Secret Intelligence Agency shall gain intel on the next election of School Officers in Bixby High School for the Pearson Republic. When agents get the intel they shall only report back to the President of the Pearson Republic.

Section 2: There shall be an order of Banishment of these individuals from the Pearson Republic; Bryson Davis, Lauren Jennings and Fin/Lily. These individuals for harassment of citizens of the Nation shall be Banished from all land or territory of the Pearson Republic. Banishment shall last one year and five months starting from this date of this document. If said individuals are on territory they shall be arrested and forced out of the Country. If this happens twice they shall be punished according to court. The Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Law and Order and Ministry of Internal Affairs shall help mainly enforce this order.

Section 3: In addition to hunting regulations and Pearson Law the bird sparrow shall be protected by law in the Pearson Republic. Killing or hunting of birds shall be punishable by law.

Executive Order No.34

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect February 20th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: The Navy of the Pearson Republic shall establish a port near the Capitol District of Skinkston called the Port of Skinkston. It shall be for the public by economic, military and transportation needs.

Section 2: In addition to Pearson Law, henceforth the list of acts or items shall be strictly prohibited in the Pearson Republic:

• Tradings or planting of tobacco and opium. Punishment jail time or 50 Puro fine.

• Goblin Sharks. Bringing one in would be a 10 Puro fine.

• Wearing sunglasses in a place where the sun doesn't shine. 10 Puro fine.

• Elephant Seals. Bringing one in would be a 10 Puro fine

• Defamation of someone unjustly or untruthful shall be illegal in the Pearson Republic. Punishment up to the courts.

Section 3: Delegation by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs to check on the Colony of Irvingland to see how things are running.

Section 4: A holiday shall be established on May 1st called Trail of Tears Remembrance Day where we remember the first removal of Native Americans from their homeland that was the attempted geniced on their people.

Executive Order No.33

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect January 22th 2024 (V ) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: The Pearson Republic Armed Forces shall Incorporate the Beagle Panthers into the Pearson Republic Armed Forces under the authority of the Army of the Pearson Republic. It shall be still a separate entity but under the Nations authority. The President of the Pearson Republic shall appoint a Captain-Lieutenant of the Beagle Panthers as head of the militia.

Section 2: Martin Luther King Jrs. Birthday shall be observed as a holiday in the Pearson Republic to celebrate human rights, love and the civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.

Section 3: The Pearson Republic Emergency Management Agency and the Ministry of State Security shall be deployed through the Counties of the Pearson Republic but with much more attention towards the Capitol District of Skinkston, County of West Hertloussa and Lindaland County. They shall make sure the public is safe from the elements throughout the months of January and February, 2024 (V).

Section 1: The Pearson Republic shall include New Years on December 31 2023 (IV)-January 1st 2024 (V) as an official holiday. It shall also observe all other cultural New Years.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on December 23th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: In the County of Rohan there shall be a railroad established called the Rohan Express managed by the Government.

Executive Order No.30

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on November 15th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: In orders for the Ministry of the Interior and Environment for them to refurbish all public signs in the Pearson Republic. This shall only apply to signs that are worn out and faded due to natural or purposeful cause.

Section 2: State of Emergency shall be declared for the Colony of Begal to the drainage crisis that has troubled the colony. The Navy shall be sent out to source further damage to the Colony.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on October 26th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: In addition to the meaning to the Flag of the Pearson Republic, the colors shall represent the three original counties of the Pearson Republic and the diagonal line shall represent the Capitol keeping the country together.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on October 19th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: new holidays shall be established this month. German fest on October 21st to celebrate Pearsican German Heritage. Horror Fest on October 30th.

Executive Order No.27

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on October 5th, 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section I: Fort Preston shall be renamed Boe Memorial Grounds to remember the national hero Boe Pearson for his services to this country.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on September 29th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section I: Skinkston will have a Fort called Fort Preston by Sitting Bull Road to defend the nation from threats. It shall be managed by the Ministry of War.

Section I: The Pearson Republic will officially ban the hunting of Grey Squirrels in addition to the Hunting Laws and Regulations.  Punishment will be a 100fine.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on September 10th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: The Lawn Mowing Federation shall not be nationalized by the Government and will go into the free market with government regulations.

Section 2: Troops shall be mobilized by the Grand General of the Army of the Pearson Republic. They shall move peacefully into Goonash and Fiore Arbor to keep the peace in both of the nations.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on February 24 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section I: The holiday called Victory Day shall be established on February 24 to commemorate our Victory in the Camdenian War.

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on August 28th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section I: The holiday called Saint Prestons Day shall be renamed to Prestons Day to commemorate one of our own greatest patriots of the Pearson Republic. On this day people will show a appreciation of drama, choir and gaming.

Executive Order No.21

Whereas, with the power invested in me, President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, shall establish this executive order with the force of law for the Pearsican people. It will go into effect on July 30th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: Enforced by the Ministry of Science there will be a research expedition in Lake Bixhoma on the area's wildlife. They shall take pictures and write studies of the creatures they captured. 

Section 2: The Pearson Republic shall establish two National Cemetery called President Mason Pearson National Cemetery in Garret National Park and Daisy National Cemetery on the area of Jessie Street. These cemeteries shall be nationally protected by the Government of the Pearson Republic.

Executive Order No.20

Whereas, the power invested in me, His Excellency President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, established this executive order for the Pearsoncan people. This order has the force of law to be enforced on June 4th 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: A colony shall be established for the Pearson Republic called the Colony of Irvingland and shall be mainly administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Territories. Its location shall be 35°57'48.2"N 95°53'24.7"W centraley, stops 35°57'48.2"N 95°53'24.4"W on the east, north shall cases at 35°57'48.8"N 95°53'24.7"W, west shall end at 35°57'48.6"N 95°53'25.2"W and final the southern part shall end at 35°57'48.0"N 95°53'24.9"W. A Governor of the Colony of Irvingland shall be appointed by the President to govern on behalf of the Government of the Pearson Republic and this colony shall only have Pearson Law as its only law. A charter of the colony shall be established to prove the claim of the colony.

Executive Order No.19

Whereas, the power invested in me, His Excellency President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, established this executive order for the Pearsoncan people. This order has the force of law to be enforced on May 31st 2023 (IV) by the Government of the Pearson Republic and its institutions.

Section 1: In addition to constitutional law of government agency there shall be an additional agency called the Pearson Republic Secret Intelligence Agency. It will gain secret intel information that will be helpful for the Pearson Republic. A director will lead this agency and shall be appointed by the President of the Pearson Republic.

Executive Order No.18

Whereas, I President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, establishes this executive order with the force of law, in effect May 30th. All institutions in the Pearson Republic and the Government shall enforce this order under the authority of the Office of President of the Pearson Republic.

Section One: The Pearson Republic shall have an additional holiday in June called Allies Day. It will be to celebrate the Pearson Republic's allies that had supported her throughout the years.

Section Two: A Voyage to Washington Irving Park shall be instituted by the Government of the Pearson Republic by the Ministry of the Interior and Environment. This Voyage shall look for spices, new environments and geographical areas for to be stored in the Ministry of Records.

Executive Order No.17

Whereas I President Mason Pearson of the Pearson Republic, establishes this executive order with the force of law, in effect April 27. All institutions in the Pearson Republic and the Government shall enforce this order under the authority of the Office of President of the Pearson Republic.

Section 1. The Pearson Republic Emergency Management Agency will establish a fire department in Skinkston due to drought and dangers of fire during the summer. This will be established on December 12th, 2022 (III). The Chief of the Fire Department will be the Director of the Emergency Management Agency.

Section 1. On October 19th, 2022 (III) there will be a Pearson Republic Emergency Management Agency to help the citizens of the Pearson Republic during disasters, a director will be head of this agency with the Prime Minister appointing them the position. On the same day there will be a Ministry of Territories that manages all the territories of the Pearson Republic, and the minister will be appointed by the Prime Minister. 

Section 2. There will be a holiday on August 28th called Saint Preston Day to celebrate the great Saint Preston Pearson, July 27 called Recreational Day to celebrate and do stuff entertaining to us, February 28th called the Day of the Beautiful where we celebrate beauty on the inside and out. The Pearson Republic will adopt Halloween as a holiday.

Lindaland Entente Conference

Whereas the representatives here of the participating Nations agree to end this conflict in the name of peace, justice, national interest and to preserve peace for all Oklahoman micronations. Both the Gounash Nation and the Pearson Republic have entered peace talks to cease the Gounashian-Pearsican War & to bring peace to both of these great nations. The two nations have reached an agreement on this treaty. This agreement, if signed by both leaders in part of this Pact, with the ratification of the legislatures of participating countries shall go into effect on June 1st, 2025, VI. This treaty shall last one decade from its effective date which partaking Nations can choose to amend or re-ratify to this agreement.

Article I

The Gounash Nation shall remove and keep away any troops near one kilometer of Pearsican Territory. The Gounash Nation shall stop all infringement on Pearsican Territory. Gounashians shall treat every Pearsican with respect. Recall Amendment of 2024 (V)

Enacted on September 5th 2024, V, Amendment to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic of the Declaration of Rights to Citizens shall add an additional right called Right to a Recall. A recall shall have a chance to remove any elected official of the Pearson Republic from office. Petitions for recalls must have at least 65% of the population signatures and to be approved by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall have all rights to hear the elected official being called for a recall. Once a recall is approved there shall be an election scheduled by the President or the National Assembly. The Recall Election shall state on the ballot if citizens would like to see the said elected official removed from office and give a nomination of a candidate to replace them. If the elected official is voted to be removed then the office shall be vacant until appointment by the President of the Pearson Republic or the nominated candidate who received the majority votes shall fill in the office. If the recall election fails to get an elected official removed then the individual shall not have a recall called on them again during that term.

Founders Rights Amendment of 2024 (V)

Enacted on September 5th 2024, V, Amendment to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic an additional Article:

Article 5. Founders Rights

Section 1: Mason Eli Pearson as the Founder of the Pearson Republic and Arthur of this Constitution shall possess curtain rights even if Mason Eli Pearson loses a government position in the Nation. The title of Founder is irremovable and the rights that come with it shall be either terminated by death or handed down which the decision shall be made by the Founder if they had declared their successor to inherent Founders Rights. Founder rights shall not be handed down to someone that is not a citizen of the Pearson Republic. Founder Rights can be terminated in a Supreme Court decision or a Public Vote.

Section 2: The Founder can form a succession plan for the President of the Pearson Republic, only in such cases the previous succession plan set by this Constitution is not followed or non-functional. If vacancies of government offices that have not been appointed yet by the Government of the Pearson Republic or steps that have not been executed by this Constitution then the Founder shall appoint Citizens to the offices. The Founder has the right to interrupt Pearson law and the Supreme Law of the Land the Constitution unless their interruption is overruled by the Supreme Court but if not the interruption shall be enforced as law. The Founder can advise all government officials or branches including the highest office of the land, the President of the Pearson Republic.

Bike Transportation Authority Act of 2024 (V)

Convention Act of 2024 (V)

Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic an additional Article Enacted January 30th 2024 (V):

Article 4. National Citizens Convention

Section 1: In times of crisis, emergency or any difficulty the President or the National Assembly with approval of the Supreme Court can invoke the National Citizens Convention of the Pearson Republic to meetings. The National Citizens Convention shall consist of all of the citizens of the Pearson Republic of the age of 8 and above to attend, and must be at least the majority of the population to make decisions. They shall decide how to conduct proceedings in session. 

Section 2: An member of the National Citizens Convention can propose a solution to the Convention and with majority vote of the National Citizens Convention shall be enforced by law. They can, if needed, have a 2-10 minute debate of the solution. The National Citizens Convention can authorize the Government, especially the President of the Pearson Republic, to take actions by law.

Statute of Skinkston 2023 (IV)

This Statute enforced by law shall restate the meaning of territory of the Pearson Republic. In the Constitution of the Pearson Republic it states that land that is directly owned by the Government is territory of the Pearson Republic. It is up to the people and the Government with bylaws, decrees or agreements where the boundaries of this country are. All territories like counties cannot secede from the Pearson Republic or dissolve its own claim to be a part of this Republic without a referendum. Before the referendum it must be approved by the National Assembly for this referendum to stay or join the Pearson Republic. Then after the referendum the results of the referendum have to be approved by the National Assembly and the Supreme Court of the Pearson Republic. Vassals under the Pearson Republic are to be considered territories and the Supreme Law of the Constitution still applies there. A Vassal shall not join another state or secede from the Republic without a referendum or agreement of a treaty by the Government of the Pearson Republic.This shall be enforced on December 20th 2023 (IV).

In Effect  September 20th 2023 (IV) the Pearson Republic shall outlaw the act of individuals putting their feet on the dash in cars and dangling their feet off of their car door even if the car doesn't have doors attached to it. Type of people punishable by this offense are:

1. People who put their feet on the dashboard or let their feet dangle out of the door of the car, especially Jeeps.

2. People who are driving the car and allowed the said things to happen.

Delegate Act of 2023 (IV)

Military Conscription Act

There will be an article added to the constitution on political subdivisions and Parliament must approve of it.

Section 1. In the Republic there will be three territories administered by the government. Each territory has a governor to oversee leadership and will be appointed by the Prime Minister. Territory law will always be the same as national law and be subjected by the Government of the Pearson Republic. The Ministry of Interior and Environment will give these territories names.

Section 2. No territory will secede from the Republic and is deemed treason and earn a life of manual labor. The Office of Emperor is chosen by the youngest child in the royal family. They are the commander and chief of the military and head of state. They can appoint ambassadors, bishops, military officers, the secretary of homeland security and the secretary of state. They can declare war and issue treaties. They meet with world leaders to discuss foreign matters. The adviser council is made of four members with secretary of state and bishop; the other two are appointed by the emperor.

Magna Assembly is one for all seats and is elected by the people for three months. They approved all the laws that the President has made. There will be five members of the Magna Assembly. Vice Presidents led all meetings. The Assembly can make laws too and pass them. The Magna Assembly can dispatch the government police if needed (government police is like a military for the government in case of a crisis or special needs).

The Supreme Court is appointed by the President and judges anyone (that includes the Office of Emperor) who broke the law. SC serves forever(until the end of the President term then a new secession of judges will fill in)and also approves laws passed by the President and congress. They also review if executive orders are constitutional. Three members will take up the SC.

The President is elected for three months and makes all the laws in the nation. President can appoint the vice president, department of defense, department of agriculture, department of interior, department of space, department of wildlife, department of tourism, department of arts & culture and department of treasury. The President can only make three executive orders per term. He also can appoint the government police chief. If the president is dead, sick or unable to perform as president the VP will take his place.

Section 1. The President is head of state, military and government and enforces laws passed by parliament with the help of ministers. The President meets with world leaders and has the power to appoint the minister of foreign affairs (which takes care of foreign relations between states) and the minister of state security (which takes care of protecting the Republic's sovereignty). The President gets to appoint the bishop of the Republic. The President gets to veto or pass legislation made by Parliament. The President is chosen by parliament, they must be above the age of 11, must be a citizen of the Republic and must have bloodline or to be considered in family relations of our founder Mason Eli Pearson. The President can appoint people to vacant seats in Parliament, but if a senator or delegate does not show up to a meeting the person filling out that seat shall only be in that seat only for that meeting. If the senator or delegate dies, that person filling out that seat shall fill out that senator's term.

Section 2. If the President is dead, missing or sick the Deputy President  takes their place. If the deputy can't serve the Minister of Finance takes over then the Minister of War then so on the usefulness of each cabinet member. 

Section 3. The President manages the ministries and can appoint the ministers of government. They also can propose laws to parliament. The President will have great responsibility for the nation's website (the website helps deliver information, gain applications for citizenship and holds historical documentation). The President is given the power to make executive orders, which has the force of law, to make quick legislation.

Section 4. The ministers of government are the Minister of Agriculture (take care of farming needs) , Minister of War (takes care of military affairs and warfare) , Minister of Interior and Environment (takes care of natural resources, land and environment) , Minister of Science (takes care of the scientific field of the government) , Minister of law and Order (manages the law and enforces it and given the right to arrest anyone who breaks it) , Minister of Tourism (takes care of travelers, bordures and traveling ads) , Minster of Art & Culture(takes care of entertainment and cultural events or affairs), Minister of Internal Affairs (takes care of issues inside the nation), Minister of Labor (takes care of workers and their needs), Minister of Healthcare (takes care of citizens mental, physical and medical health), Minister of Transportation (will take care of all transportation needs of the Republic), Minister of territories (manages all the territories, subdivisions and dependencies of the Pearson Republic),Minister of Information and Technogeley(which takes care of the countries medias platform like TV, newspaper and internet), Minister of Ecomomics(takes care of economic affars and money making in the country), and Minister of Finance (takes care of money, commerce, economy and trade) . 

Section 5. There will be agencies that will take care of further Pearson Republic bureaucracy. Pearson Republic Reclicying Agency will take care of disposable trash and the director will be appointed by the President . Pearson Goods Customs Agency will take care of goods and products coming into the country, the President will appoint the director. Pearson Republic Postal Agency will help deliver mail and produce postal stamps within the nation, the Supreme Postmaster will be appointed by the President . Pearson Republic National Bank will take care of printing, storing and protecting the nations and citizens money, the head of the agency will be the Minister of Finance. Pearson Republic Water Agency will take care of the nation's water supply, and the director will be appointed by the Minister of Interior and Environment and also the Minister of Agriculture. Pearson Republic Energy Agency will take care of energy supply and manage energy of the Pearson Republic, the director will be appointed by the President . Pearson Republic Space Agency will take care of space exploration and will be appointed by the Minister of Science. Pearson Republic Management Agency will take care and protect the populace from natural or manmade disasters, a director of the agency will be appointed by the President. Pearson Republic National Parks Services will take care and protect the Republic's national parks and will all be managed by the Minister of the Interior and Environment. The Pearson Republic Weather Station will report the weather of the Republic, the director of this agency will be appointed by the President.

Section 1. Parliament is made up of seven members or more. Parliament must be non-partisan.There shall be two houses that make up parliament, the Chamber of Delegates which is elected by the people and has four members, and then the Senate which has three members and is also elected by popular vote by the people. The first piece of legislation goes to the Chamber of Delegates then the Senate (Senate can not veto but can add on to the legislation) . All members must be citizens. You must be 10-above years of age to serve(with consent from guardian to be in the Senate and the Chamber of Delegates)

Section 2. The Chamber of Delegates and Senate make laws, policies. Parliament must vote for the President. Parlement can issue a vote of no confidence (which is like a re-election) for the President. Parliament can change or add on the constitution but only in the Chamber of Delegates. This assembly has the powers to set up taxes and set the budget. Parliament has the power to regulate executive orders.

Section 3. The Chamber of Delegates and Senate terms are one year and elections are on the sixth of February. One vote per person, the person who has pets as citizens owners will vote on their behalf. No one will discriminate against someone's rights to vote.

Section 1.The Supreme Court is elected by the people of the Pearson Republic and has a one year term. The Supreme Court decides if laws and policies passed by parliament are constitutional. They also judge anyone who has broken the law or policies. If the SC condemns someone for treason they have to be a high offender of the law.  SC decides if referendums, recalls and initiatives are constitutional. It is unlawful for any government official to have relations or ties to any monastery or religious organizations. The SC can condemn them for treason for this action.The Supreme Court can decide if executive orders are constitutional if it's brought up in a court case. The Air Force will take care of defending the Pearson Republic's skies and be directed by a Grand General. The Army will be taking care of land action of the Pearson Republic and will be directed by a Grand General.

Territory law will always be the same as national law and be subjected by the Government of the Pearson Republic. The Ministry of Interior and Environment will give these territories names.

Governors can not make their own laws or constitutions and the President can remove the governor at any time if he threatens the people or law and order. Governors main responsibilities are to uphold the law and apply national law. The capital of the Republic will be its own special territory and will not have any governors and will be administered by the Ministry of Interior and Environment.

Section 1.The Chancellor is the head of state so must meet all foreign leaders if needed. The Chancellor's powers are to declare war and establish treaties. The Chancellors appoints ambassadors and Ministers of Foregin Affairs (which takes care of rations with a foreigin nation) The Crown can appoint the Minister of State Secrecy (which defines the nation's sovereignty within it) and is under full authority of the Chancellor

Section 2 The Chancellor is commander in chief of the military. The Chancellor appoints military officers. The Chancellor can declare martial law but with approval of the senate. A state of emergency is a lockdown of the nation and has military intervention. First it is issued by the Chancellor then it is approved by the prime minister, parliament, and then the SC.

Section 3. The Chancellor is chosen by the people in a popular vote and is elected for two years (election on the six of February). The Chancellor approves or vetoes any laws and policies passed by parliament. The Chancellor appoints the supreme senate. The Chancellor can lead meetings in parliament.

 Section 4. The Chancellor appoints the bishop of Pearson Republic.The Chancellor is in charge of government records. The Chancellor approves applications for citizenship. The Chancellor is  in charge of the Republic website.

Section 5. If the Chancellor is dead he/she is replaced by the Vice Chancellor, if unable to serve the Vice Chancellor is acting Crown until the Parliament can come to an agreement on who is taking the office of the Chancellor. The Chancellor is addressed Among Equals to citizens, meaning he is equal to all of us.

Section 1. Parliament is made up of seven members or more. Parliament must be non-partisan.There shall be two houses that make up parliament, the senate which is elected by the people and has four members, and then the supreme senate which has three members and is appointed by the Chancellor. The first piece of legislation goes to the senate then the supreme senate (imperial senate can not veto but can add on to the legislation) . All members must be citizens. You must be 10-above years of age (with consent from guardian to be in the imperial senate and the senate)

Section 2. The senate and supreme senate make laws, policies. Parliament must vote for the Prime Minister and appoint the supreme court judges. Parlement can issue a vote of no confidence (which is like a re-election) for the Prime Minister. The senate picks three SC judges but the supreme senate picks two. Parliament can change or add on the constitution but only in the senate house. This assembly has the powers to set up taxes and set the budget. When parlement changes the constitution it is approved by the Prime Minister.

Section 3. The senate terms are one year and elections are on the sixth of February. One vote per person, the person who has pets as citizens owners will vote on their behalf. No one will discriminate against someone's rights to vote.

Section 4. If the whole parliament does not think the Chancellor is fit for office they can remove him with a majority vote. The Chancellor must prove his case six weeks before the vote and speak before parliament.

Pearson Republic Reclicying Agency will take care of disposable trash and the director will be appointed by the Prime Minister. Pearson Republic Postal Agency will help deliver mail and produce postal stamps within the nation, the Sumperem Postmaster will be appointed by the two Presidents.Pearson Republic National Bank will take care of painting, storing and protecting the nations and citizens money, head of the anecy will be the Minister of Finance. Pearson Republic Water Agency will take care of the nation's water supply, and the director will be appointed by the Minister of Interior and Environment and also the Minister of Agriculture. Pearson Republic Media Agency will manage informing the citizens of the republic of news in the form of TV, videos and newspapers, the director will be appointed by one of the two Presidents.
