Third & Current Constitution
We the people of the Pearson Republic do hereby establish this constitution for creating a general welfare, establishing democratic ideas, to provide for the common defense, promote human rights and Freedom, operate the duties of government, secure liberty, ensure citizens of a happy life and govern this country for every citizen. May every citizen of the Nation State of the Pearson Republic approve of this constitution for betterment of governance and providing a good life for everyone.
Article Ⅰ. Executive Powers
Section One: All executive authority will be in the Office of President of the Pearson Republic and shall enforce all laws in the country, this shall include the Supreme Law of the land the Constitution. They can make and propose bills in the National Assembly and head all meetings in the National Assembly. The President of the Pearson Republic will also be the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Pearson Republic. The President has full responsibility as the Head of State of the Republic by appointing ambassadors, receiving ambassadors and meeting foreign leaders. The President shall be head of the Government of the Pearson Republic and direct it as so. Before entering the Office of President they must take an oath, and be sworn in by the Chief Justice and must repeat “I solemnly swear to execute the Office of President and Defend, Protect and Serve the Nation and Constitution of the Pearson Republic ''.
Section Two: The President is elected directly by every registered citizen of the Republic annually, using a voting system prescribed by law, on January 5th. The President is replaced by the Deputy President until the National Assembly has made the decision on who will be the next President or until the next General Election. Requirements for President are as follows: you must be above the age of 9, mustn't be involved or be a part of another micronation, shall not be a member of any political party, and must be a current citizen of the Pearson Republic for at least a year. A nomination process, prescribed by law, shall narrow the candidates to two individuals no later than one day before January 5th. The Candidate with the most votes shall be declared President.
Section Three: The President's powers are: the ability to create bills to propose to the National Assembly, they can appoint vacant seats to the Senate and the Chamber of Representatives either for a full meeting or if a representative or senator dies or is unable to fulfill their duties the appointment will stay for a full term. Presidential appointment to fill vacancies in either Chamber of the National Assembly shall require confirmation by a majority vote of the national Assembly. Bills shall be any piece of legislation that, if passed, enforces or makes laws, makes actions and policies of the Republic. If the National Assembly takes a month debating bills or is unable to get to other bills the President of the Pearson Republic can make an executive order which is a decree enforced like a law, for the usage of emergencies or for the purpose of carrying out laws the National Assembly cannot carry out, and can be canceled by another executive order or even by the National Assembly. They can appoint the Cabinet of Ministers to run departments of the country and have full authority over them. The President with a majority vote in the National Assembly can declare war and peace with countries. The President can sign agreements or treaties with other countries. The President can manage the budget of the Pearson Republic. The President can propose bills to redraft or reduce things in the constitution. The President in times of emergencies can call for a quick meeting in the National Assembly.
Section Four: The management of the country through departments which shall advise the President of the Pearson Republic on matters will be invested in a Cabinet of Ministers. These Ministries will consist of the Ministry of Finance ( which manages the treasury and finances of the country), Ministry of Agriculture (which manages food and agricultural needs of the country), Ministry of War (which takes care of military affairs and the defense of the country), Ministry of Interior and Environment (which manages land, resources and the environment of the nation), Ministry of Science( which takes care of scientific fields of the government), Ministry of Law and Order (which will take care of enforcing laws and policing in the nation), Ministry of Tourism (which will take care of the countries tourism market), Ministry of Art and Culture (which will manage the country's art and cultural affairs), Ministry of Domestic Affairs (which will take care of affairs within the country), Ministry of Labor (which takes care of the state workforce and worker's needs), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (which take care of foreign relations with other nation states), Ministry of State Security (which takes care of border security of the nation), Ministry of Healthcare (which manages the country's health services), Ministry of Transportation (which takes care of all of the nation's transport needs), Ministry of the Post Office (which manages the countries postal service), Ministry of Territories(which will manage the countries subdivisions affairs), Ministry of Informantion and Technology (which shall mange the countries news networks), Ministry of Elections (which will manage all election process in the Pearson Republic), Ministry of Records (to keep track of records of the Pearson Republic), Ministry of Education (which will take care of the nation's educational needs) and the Ministry of Economics (which will take care of the country's economy). There shall be an Office of General Attorney within the Cabinet of Ministers under the Ministry of Law and Order. The General Attorney, under delegation and power of the President, shall represent the Pearson Republic legally, advise the President under legal matters and shall be the main prosecutor of the country for every court including the Supreme Court. Ministers can help make bills for the President to propose to the National Assembly. All officers of the Government of the Pearson Republic must be above the age of 9 and have to be a citizen of the Pearson Republic. The Office of Deputy President shall be annually elected on January 5th by majority vote of all the citizens of the Pearson Republic . The Deputy President is second in command to the President of the Pearson Republic. If the President is dead, under imprisonment or unable to fulfill duties of the Office of President the Deputy President shall be next in line for succession. If both the President and Deputy President are dead, the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Constitution will take the Office of President. If the Ministers are unable to serve then the oldest in the National Assembly will take the Office. If the President is unable to fulfill duties the Deputy President will take the role of Acting President. If the President doesn't admit that they are unable to fulfill their duties the Cabinet of Ministers can do a majority vote to get them out of office with Supreme Court Approval then the Deputy President can be the President of the Pearson Republic but within two months must have the National Assembly approval with a majority vote. If the President is removed he shall not run again. The President is allowed to fire any members of the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of sub-departments but exulting the Deputy President, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Domestic Affairs and Minister of War. These offices need approval of the National Assembly’s majority vote.
Article Ⅱ. Legislative Powers
Section One: All advisory of the President and most legislative responsibility will be empowered by a National Assembly of the Pearson Republic. The National Assembly will be made up of two chambers: the lower, the Chamber of Representatives, and the Upper, the Chamber of the Senate. Representatives and Senators are chosen every year by a General Election on January 5th by popular vote of the people of the Pearson Republic by a winner-take-all system. Members of the National Assembly shall not take both positions in the Chamber of the Senate and Chamber of Representatives at the same time. Representatives and Senators must be current citizens of the Republic and be one for one year, be above the age of 11, they must be non-partisan and must obey the laws of the Pearson Republic. The Senate will consist of three seats and the Chamber of Representatives will consist of five seats. The Pearson Republic Census shall conduct annually that for every five additional citizens recorded as having joined the Republic during the preceding year, one additional seat shall be added to the Chamber of Representatives. The Census shall certify the number of new seats and submit the recommendation to the National Assembly, which shall approve the addition of synch seats by majority vote. Citizens of the Nation that are within a County shall have the choice to elect a Senator from a County on General Election day through County Vote. These Senators will retain the same rights and duties in the Chamber of the Senate. The President may delegate the power to preside over meetings of the National Assembly to an Office of the Chair, which shall be selected from among the members of the National Assembly and confirmed by majority vote of the Assembly.
Section Two: When a bill is proposed by the President it is first put in the Chamber of Representatives, when the bill gets approved by a majority vote it will go to the Senate, when it gets approved by a majority vote it will become law. If the Senate rejects a bill the Chamber of Representative can override it with a two-thirds majority vote. Then the Senate with a two-thirds majority vote can counter-override the Chamber of Representatives. The National Assembly has the power to reject any bill from the President. Every bill that is passed in the National Assembly, that hasn't been proposed by the President of the Pearson Republic, must be presented to the President of the Pearson Republic; if they approve they shall sign it, but if not, they shall be allowed to block or veto the bill as law. Both Chambers of the National Assembly can motion to override the President's veto by a two thirds majority in both Chambers of the National Assembly. In case if any of the Chambers are in a deadlock tie the Deputy President shall vote to break the deadlock tie. If the Deputy President is unable to vote in a deadlock either due to unavailability or being unanimously biased the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall break the deadlock. In each chamber one senator and one representative have one vote on bills. The only bills that representatives or senators can propose are ones regarding regulations or dissolving of the President's executive orders and amending the Constitution. The National Assembly will meet once a month to discuss issues of the Pearson Republic. The National Assembly can set up taxes, back out or nullify any treaty that the President signed, set up a budget for the country and possess the authority to enact all laws necessary and proper to carry out the powers vested in the Government of the Pearson Republic by this Constitution. If a representative or senator does something illegal and is needed to be impeached, they can be put on a quick trial by the Chief Justice and voted out by the National Assembly with a majority vote. This protocol of impeachment shall extend to all officers or judges of the Nation. For an impeachment trial to start the Chamber of Representatives shall vote for indictment based on majority. The National Assembly can give and take the President power of Martial Law over the Pearson Republic for two months only in one year. Each Chamber of the National Assembly shall set up their own procedures in session but if needed for debate on a bill they shall have 2-20 minutes on debating a bill.
Section Three: If the National Assembly wants to remove the President if they are behaving unlawfully, taking bribes or wanted for high treason the National Assembly can call for a vote of no confidence. A vote of no confidence must first be introduced by a member to be approved by the National Assembly by a majority vote within a week. A vote of no confidence shall dissolve the National Assembly members and have re-elections for the Senate and for the Chamber of Representatives. When the General Election is done the National Assembly can choose a new President if needed, or issue a by-election for the Presidency during the process of a vote of no confidence. When in a time of a vote of no confidence the President shall not use executive orders during this time. After the time of a vote of no confidence the President can not be President again.
Article Ⅲ. Judicial Powers
Section One: All judicial power of the country will consist of a Supreme Court of the Pearson Republic which will be the highest court in the country and shall interpret the Supreme Law of the Land the Constitution. There will be three members chosen randomly in a lottery every January 5th to hold every citizen's name to serve in the Supreme Court. Supreme Court Justice must be a current citizen of the Pearson Republic, not join or be a member of a political party, and must be above the age of 13. The Supreme Court will meet every two months for discussions of state. A Justice shall only have two years on the Supreme Court before they must take a one year break, and this process shall repeat.
Section Two: The Supreme Court has the power to decide if bills and laws that show up in a court session are constitutional or unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is the final word for any court session in the country. The Supreme Court is allowed to try high officials like the President for crimes or high treason. High treason against the Pearson Republic, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No individual shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Government of the Pearson Republic shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the individual attainted. If the President does come up in a trial the Supreme Court can choose to remove them from office. The Supreme Court Justice can be removed by the National Assembly with a majority vote with good reason. The Chief Justice shall be picked by the Supreme Court among their ranks and will lead the Supreme Courts meetings and direct the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall have all right if in a trial can cancel or dissolve executive orders of the President. The Supreme Court shall have the power, with the same power invested in the President or the National Assembly, to establish inferior courts but in trial cases the individual shall have the option to appeal to the Supreme Court if not already a Supreme Court issue. Judges of inferior courts shall be appointed by either the President, National Assembly or the Chief Justice.
Article Ⅳ. National Citizens Convention
Section One: In times of crisis, emergency or any difficulty the President or the National Assembly with approval of the Supreme Court can invoke the National Citizens Convention of the Pearson Republic to meetings. The National Citizens Convention shall consist of all of the citizens of the Pearson Republic of the age of 8 and above to attend, and must be at least the majority of the population to make decisions. They shall decide how to conduct proceedings in session.
Section Two: An member of the National Citizens Convention can propose a solution to the Convention and with majority vote of the National Citizens Convention shall be enforced by law. They can, if needed, have a 2-10 minute debate of the solution. The National Citizens Convention can authorize the Government, especially the President of the Pearson Republic, to take actions by law.
Article Ⅴ. Founders Rights
Section One: Mason Eli Pearson as the Founder of the Pearson Republic and Author of this Constitution shall possess certain rights even if Mason Eli Pearson loses a government position in the Nation. The title of Founder is irremovable and the rights that come with it shall be either terminated by death or handed down which the decision shall be made by the Founder if they had declared their successor to inherent Founders Rights. Founder rights shall not be handed down to someone that is not a citizen of the Pearson Republic. Founder Rights can be terminated in a Supreme Court decision or a Public Vote.
Section Two: The Founder can form a succession plan for the President of the Pearson Republic, only in such cases the previous succession plan set by this Constitution is not followed or non-functional. If vacancies of government offices that have not been appointed yet by the Government of the Pearson Republic or steps that have not been executed by this Constitution then the Founder shall appoint Citizens to the offices. The Founder has the right to interrupt Pearson law and the Supreme Law of the Land the Constitution unless their interruption is overruled by the Supreme Court but if not the interruption shall be enforced as law. The Founder can advise all government officials or branches including the highest office of the land, the President of the Pearson Republic.
Article Ⅵ. Subdivisions and Lands
Section One: The National Government shall be the only Government of the Pearson Republic, but will Subdivide its lands into counties. The county's main purpose is to help govern and enforce laws of the Pearson Republic more easily. Counties will be formed by approval of the President then the National Assembly. Names for counties will be chosen by the Minister of Territories. The Capital of the Pearson Republic shall be its own territory but instead of a Governor there will be a Mayor with the same responsibilities as a Governor but will be appointed by the National Assembly. The Capital of the Pearson Republic shall be chosen by the National Assembly and shall hold all government branches and institutions. The style of the Capitol shall also be Capital District. The current Capital District until amended will be Skinkston.
Section Two: Counties shall not have their own government, constitution nor services of their own but a Governor which shall be elected by Pearsicans registered within the counties through majority vote annually on January 5th. Governors shall not make their own laws but only enforce laws by the Government of the Pearson Republic, but if a member of the Ministry of Law and Order or police officer is not there to arrest the criminal then the Governor and Mayor can arrest them but must take them to the Supreme Court to be judged by their crimes. Counties can not have foreign relations with any other countries. The Government of the Pearson Republic can redistrict, concede or add new counties with these guidelines: the area must hold a referendum with a majority vote on becoming a county, the population must be at least one, must be approved by the President and the National Assembly and the area shall not have things like a bad crime rate, bad people or have environment that the Pearson Republic can not work with.
Section Three: Townships shall be inclined to be established if Pearsicans registered through a County decided to make a settlement or home away from home. The Township, given a name, shall be brought to the National Assembly for approval. Townships shall elect their Town-Magistrate, with responsibility of enforcing laws of the Nation, annually by popular vote of Pearsicans within the Township.
Section Four: If a county secedes illegally by force the President has the authority with National Assembly approval to send troops. Illegal secession will be an act of a rebellion or civil war and punishment will be given by the Supreme Court. To secede or join with another area legally the county can with approval by the National Assembly hold a referendum that everyone must vote for the area to leave or stay with the Pearson Republic. The referendum results must have National Assembly's approval and Supreme Court approval to leave.
Section Five: The Pearson Republic's land and boundaries shall be decided by the government by decrees, bylaws and agreements. The Government of the Pearson Republic will improve the land for the betterment of human life for the citizens of the Pearson Republic. Lands shall be directly owed by the Government to be considered a part of the Pearson Republic unless citizens offer land for agreements upheld by the Supreme Court.
Article Ⅶ. Defense
Section One: The Pearson Republic shall have the right to an armed forces to protect the country from threats. The President is the highest ranking officer of the country and shall operate the Armed forces of the Pearson Republic. Every military officer head of each branch will be appointed by the President. There will be a Navy, Air force, Space Corps and Army that will make up the Pearson Republic Armed Forces. The Ministry of War will help manage and administrate the branches.
Section Two: The Navy will take care of defending the waters of the Republic and be directed by the Grand Admiral. The Air Force will take care of defending the Pearson Republic's skies and be directed by a Grand Admiral. The Army will be taking care of land action of the Pearson Republic and will be directed by a Grand General. The Space Corps in charge of space defense of the Republic shall be directed by a Commandant.
Section Three: Separate from the armed forces operated by the President of the Pearson Republic there will be the Pearson Republic Police Force managed by the Ministry of Law and Order. They will have the responsibility of public safety and enforcing laws by the Government of the Pearson Republic. The Police Chief will always be the Minister of Law and Order to run the Pearson Republic Police Force.
Article Ⅷ. Electioneering
Section One: There will be limits to electoral campaigns of government offices. There will be only one video ad, three posters and two signs. Videos must last two hours and repeat two times a day. Posters must be limited to billboards and poster boards on walls. All campaigns must cease on and after election day and begin two months before election day.
Section Two: Corporations, for profit organizations, and artificial legal entities shall not possess the rights guaranteed to a natural person under this Constitution. Such entities shall be subject to regulation to prevent undue influence over public policy, elections, or the rights of citizens to Life, Liberty, Property, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Article Ⅸ. Citizenship
Section One: Under the authority of the leader of the Pearson Republic which will sign this document into law, citizens of the Pearson Republic will be subjected to this constitution.
Section Two: To become a citizen of the Pearson Republic you must be above the age of 8 and for pets above the age of 1 with the consent and supervision of a guardian, unless if they are born on Pearson Republic soil they are a citizen automatically. They shall take a citizenship test and must get a minimum score of 80% and mustn't be a criminal or felon. Before taking the citizenship test they must be recommended by an existing citizen of the Pearson Republic. After that the citizenship test shall be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Domestic Affairs or the National Assembly. They will be approved by the President of the Pearson Republic. People related genetically or by blood to the Founder of Pearson Republic Mason Eli Pearson or members of the Pearson family can automatically become citizens of the Pearson Republic but shall not have records of criminal activities nor bad relations with either the Founder, the Pearson Family or the nation itself. Related people must have proven that they are, with the maximum requirement, one quarter a relation to the Found or the Pearson family and shall go under the same review under the President. The President or the National Assembly, within reason, have the power to revoke citizenship within the Pearson Republic. Justified reasons for revoking citizenship are as follows: committing a highly offensive crime in another country, treason or harshly discrediting the nation itself. When persons become citizens, as well as current citizens, shall have the choice to be registered with a County in order to better administrate law and give citizens within counties a possibility to elect Senators if needed. Citizens must be limited to register in one county at a time but excludes citizens within the Capital District or Colonies. Citizens of the Pearson Republic should have responsibilities of voting and keeping up with the news. Persons of different micronations shall choose to possess citizenship through the stated process if they understand the stated stipulations: dual micronational Citizens shall be limited to the elected offices of the National Assembly but are automatically barred from the Presidency which appointers shall always try to direct them to a choice as diplomatic envoys. Furthermore if under wartime holders of dual micronational citizenship nations are at war with the Pearson Republic citizenship shall be revoked if shown evidence of treason or threats to the Nation. If one wants to withdraw citizenship of the Pearson Republic they must wait a year and complete a small form to make sure that they want to leave the Pearson Republic. All sovereignty of the Pearson Republic shall reside in the Pearsican people. Citizens can submit suggestions to the Suggestion Box to the President of the Pearson Republic so they can take on ideas.
Section 3: Honorary Citizenship shall be granted by the President or the National Assembly of the Pearson Republic. Honorary Citizenship shall not be a completed Citizenship of the Pearsican Nation but merit honoring people who had committed good deeds inside or out of the Pearson Republic. The President and the National Assembly have the power to grant these titles.
Article Ⅹ. Agencies and Institutions
Section One: The Government of the Pearson Republic shall mandate institutions and government agencies that help the Pearsican Society. The Government of the Pearson Republic can mandate agencies and institutions without amending this Supreme Law of the Land, this Constitution, if its reason for existence is not up to Constitutional standards. When an agency or institution is wanted to be written within this Constitution they shall be admitted through an Amendment of this Constitution. The Pearson Republic National Bank, run by the Ministry of Finance, will store citizens' private money. A four-person committee appointed by the Ministry of Art and Culture shall manage the Office of Historical and Cultural Preservation. State owned companies called the Pearson Republic Trading Company, Pearson Republic Bell Company, Pearson Republic Farming Services and the Pearson Republic Fishery Enterprise will be established by the Ministry of Finance to ensure the Republic's economy. All of these institutions are under the authority of the Office of the President.
Section Two: To manage the Pearson Republic National Bank a chairperson will be either the Minister of Finance or appointed by the President. Chairperson must be above the age of 11 and be currently a citizen of the Pearson Republic for one year. The Committee of the Office of Historical and Cultural Preservation must be above the age of 8 and be a citizen of the Pearson Republic for two years. To be a Commissioner of the state-owned companies of the Pearson Republic Trading Company, Pearson Republic Bell Company, Pearson Republic Farming Services and Pearson Republic Fishery Enterprises you must be above the age of 10 and must be a citizen of the Pearson Republic for one year.
Section Three: Government agencies Directors will be appointed by the President and act independently like Ministries but will be under the authority of the Ministerial Departments. If it's under the current Ministry the Minister is allowed to appoint or remove them from office with consent of the President of the Republic. The Pearson Republic Emergency Management Agency shall help the Pearson Republic under times of a state of emergency or martial law and will help citizens to recover from disasters. The Pearson Republic Recycling Agency shall implement recycling stations then discard said recycling and will be under the Ministry of the Interior and Environment. The Pearson Republic National Parks Services shall manage the national parks of the Pearson Republic and shall be under the Ministry of the Interior and Environment. The Pearson Republic Space Program shall set goals of space exploration for the Pearson Republic and it will be under the Ministry of Science. The Department of the Treasury which shall hold all of the money that will be stored and distributed to the branches of Government with the additional responsibilities of paying off all public and private debts with the money, and the treasury will be under the authority and appointed by the Ministry of Finance. Pearson Republic Secret Intelligence Agency will be an agency that will gain secret intel information that will be helpful for the Pearson Republic and shall be under the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. The Pearson Republic Department of Wildlife Conservation shall be headed by a secretary appointed by the Minister of the Interior and Environment so the responsibilities for this agency will be to protect the environment, conserve the wildlife and make hunting regulations that will be enforced by law. It will be under the authority of the Ministry of the Interior and Environment. Enforcing all bike regulations in the Pearson Republic shall be the Bike Transportation Authority, so it shall be under the authority of the Ministry of Transportation. The Pearson Republic Department of Personal Services headed by a secretary shall help manage the help of citizens in need of public assistance. It will be under the authority of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Domestic Affairs. All government agencies will be under ministerial and executive authority.
Article Ⅺ. Name of the Nation
Section One: The official style of the country shall be the Pearson Republic. Pearson shall mean the land which a Pearsican will reside in and the family who has founded the Republic. The Republic terms shall mean the country shows that it does not have royals and to dedicate it to principles of a semi-republican form of government. The Pearson Republic shall be defined as an independent, sovereign, constitutional, democratic, dictatorial, unitary, parliamentary republic state or nation. All institutions in the Pearson Republic shall not change the name or meaning of the title Pearson Republic for their own benefit.
Section Two: The Pearson Republic shall be classified as a sovereign state, micronation, model nation and a political experiment. A sovereign state which declares our dedication to our country's right to self-govern and self-determination. A micronation being related to the Pearson Republic has to do with it claiming to be a country but not having official recognition but because of our philosophy that a nation is a nation if it declares itself as so and doesn't need recognition from more established nations. Term model nation which shall correlate the Pearson Republic having things a country should to get recognition but will possibly be unlikely. A political experiment which must relate to the Pearson Republic being an experiment to try to find different ways of ruling a country and also relating that life is an experiment in some ways.
Article Ⅻ. Amendments
Section One: The action of an Amendment of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic shall be a document which enforces the physical change in the Constitution. The Amendment document must be kept and this Constitution must be physically changed. The Amendments can alter, change or repeal any part of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic except the Declaration of Rights to Citizens which are guaranteed to all citizens of the Pearson Republic.
Section Two: Amendments shall be proposed and passed through the National Assembly by two thirds of a majority approval of both Chambers. Then Approved by the President of the Pearson Republic if not yet proposed by the President but with Constitutionality approval of the Supreme Court. The National Citizens Convention can, with a majority approval, amend the Constitution of the Pearson Republic. The Pearson Republic can also call on another National Convention which shall elect one representative from each County currently in the Pearson Republic which this Convention shall be authorized to assemble by the President or National Assembly of the Pearson Republic with Supreme Court Approval.

Freedom to Live a Life that does not Harm another Citizen
Right to Own Guns or to Bear Arms with Regulations by the Government and shall not have high military grade weapons to hunt animals, age 18
Right to Vote if a Registered Citizen, age 8 and above

Right to Petition the Government
Right to and from a Public Vote which shall be initiated by a Citizen, President or the National Assembly. Public Votes shall include all citizens of the Pearson Republic to vote on a policy of proposals, laws or issues of the Country. Dates of the Public Vote shall be decided by the National Assembly.
Right to Recall. A recall shall have a chance to remove any elected official of the Pearson Republic from office. Petitions for recalls must have at least 65% of the population signatures and to be approved by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall have all rights to hear the elected official being called for a recall. Once a recall is approved there shall be an election scheduled by the President or the National Assembly. The Recall Election shall state on the ballot if citizens would like to see the said elected official removed from office and give a nomination of a candidate to replace them. If the elected official is voted to be removed then the office shall be vacant until appointment by the President of the Pearson Republic or the nominated candidate who received the majority votes shall fill in the office. If the recall election fails to get an elected official removed then the individual shall not have a recall called on them again during that term.

Constitutional Amendments
Senators Amendment of 2026 (VII)
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic, we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We, assembled here today, want to amend Article Two, Section One in addition to how many seats will be in the Chamber of the Senate: “Citizens of the Nation that are within a County shall have the choice to elect a Senator from a County on General Election Day through County Vote. These Senators will retain the same rights and duties in the Chamber of the Senate” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic once both Chambers pass with a 2/3rds majority.
County-Citizen Registry Amendment of 2026 (VII)
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We, the assembled here today, want to amend Article 9, Section Two in addition to Citizens within Counties of the Nation: “When persons become citizens, as well as current citizens, shall have the choice to be registered with a County in order to better administrate law and give citizens within counties a possibility to elect Senators if needed. Citizens must be limited to register in one county at a time but excludes citizens within the Capital District or Colonies” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic once both Chambers pass with a 2/3rds majority.

Impeachment Amendment of 2026 (VII)
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We, assembled here today, want to amend Article Two, Section One in addition to impeachment protocols “This protocol of impeachment shall extend to all officers or judges of the Nation as well” and “For and impeachment trail to start the Chamber of Representatives shall vote for indictment based on majority.”This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic once both Chambers pass with a 2/3rds majority.
Dual Micronational Citizenship Amendment of 2026 (VII)
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We, assembled here today, want to amend Article Nine, Section Two in adding one stipulation for allowing dual micronational citizenship “persons of different micronations shall choose to possess citizenship through the stated process if they understand the stated stipulations: dual micronational Citizens shall be limited to the elected offices of the National Assembly but are automatically barred from the Presidency which appointers shall always try to direct them to a choice as diplomatic envoys. Furthermore if under wartime holders of dual micronational citizenship nations are at war with the Pearson Republic citizenship shall be revoked if shown evidence of treason or threats to the Nation.” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic once both Chambers pass with a 2/3rds majority.
County Autonomy Amendment of 2026 (VII)
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We, assembled here today, want to amend Article Six, Section Two to replace how Governors are selected by repealing appointments by the President with: "Governors shall be elected by Pearsicans registered within the counties through majority vote annually on January 5th” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic on once both Chambers pass with a 2/3rds majority.
Township Amendment of 2026 (VII)
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We, assembled here today, want to amend Article Six, to add an additional Section between section Two and Three which will bump up the number of sections after it: "Section Three: Townships shall be inclined to be established if Pearsicans registered through a County decided to make a settlement or home away from home. The Township, given a name, shall be brought to the National Assembly for approval. Townships shall elect their Town-Magistrate, with responsibility of enforcing laws of the Nation, annually by popular vote of Pearsicans within the Township.” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic once both Chambers pass with a 2/3rds majority.
Proposition No.1 Resolve
It is resolved in the National Assembly of the Pearson Republic on the twenty seventh day of January, Twenty-Twenty-Five, VI, that hereafter which will be enforced as law the Proposition No.1 that was voted in favor from 14-1 by the citizenry of the Pearson Republic to amend Article Seven, Sections One-Two by adding an additional branch that “will make up the Pearson Republic Armed Forces” called the “Space Crops” which shall be headed by a “Commandant” which said branch will take care of outer-space defenses of the Nation.
Deadlock Tie Amendment
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We want to amend Article Two, Section Two in addition to the Chambers of the National Assembly's procedures of passing bills in case of ties in either Chamber it will be Amended as: “In case if any of the Chambers are in a deadlock tie the Deputy President shall vote to break the deadlock tie. If the Deputy President is unable to vote in a deadlock either due to unavailability or being unanimously biased the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall break the deadlock.” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic on the twenty seventh day of January, Twenty-Twenty-Five, VI.
Bylaws Agencies Amendment
In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitution of the Pearson Republic we shall establish an Amendment to the Constitution in procedure of said Article 12. We want to amend in addition to Article 10 Section One in the case of Agencies and Institutions: “The Government of the Pearson Republic can mandate agencies and institutions without amending this Supreme Law of the Land, this Constitution, if its reason for existence is not up to Constitutional standards. When an agency or institution is wanted to be written within this Constitution they shall be admitted through an Amendment of this Constitution.” This shall be Amended to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic on the twenty seventh day of January, Twenty-Twenty-Five, VI.
A Resolution to Amend the Constitution to Directly Elect the President
RESOLVED, by two-thirds of the National Assembly here assembled, that the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the Pearsican people of three-fourths of the Nation within 2 months from the date of its submission by the National Assembly:
ARTICLE --
SECTION 1: In Article One Section Two the President shall be elected by every registered citizen of the Pearson Republic annually on January 5th by direct popular vote, using a voting system prescribed by law. A nomination process prescribed by law shall narrow the candidates to two individuals no later than one day before January 5th. The candidate with the most votes shall be declared President. All previous perversions regarding the Selection of the President are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: The National Assembly shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation, including pertaining to nominations and ballot methods.
Anti-Corruption Amendment
RESOLVED, By two-thirds of the National Assembly here assembled, that the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the Pearson Republic, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the National Assembly or, if Chosen, through a Convention of the Counties of the Nation, within 2 months from the date of its submission by the National Assembly:
ARTICLE --
SECTION 1: In Article Two Section One regarding the number of members in the Chamber of Representatives, the Pearson Republic Census shall conduct annually that for every five additional citizens recorded as having joined the Republic during the preceding year, one additional seat shall be added to the Chamber of Representatives. The Census shall certify the number of new seats and submit the recommendation to the National Assembly, which shall approve the addition of synch seats by majority vote.
SECTION 2: Additional Section to Article Eight - Corporations, for profit organizations, and artificial legal entities shall not possess the rights guaranteed to a natural person under this Constitution. Such entities shall be subject to regulation to prevent undue influence over public policy, elections, or the rights of citizens to Life, Liberty, Property, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
SECTION 3: Alteration in Article One Section Three- to clarify the use of Executive Orders. The President may issue Executive Orders only during emergencies or for the purpose of carrying out laws the National Assembly cannot carry out. Furthermore, any Presidential appointment to fill vacancies in either Chamber of the National Assembly shall require confirmation by a majority vote of the national Assembly.
SECTION 4: In addition to Article Two Section 1- The President may delegate the power to preside over meetings of the National Assembly to an Office of the Chair, which shall be selected from among the members of the National Assembly and confirmed by majority vote of the Assembly.
SECTION 5: In Addition to Article Two Section 2- The National Assembly shall possess the authority to enact all laws necessary and proper to carry out the powers vested in the Government of the Pearson Republic by this Constitution.
SECTION 6: The National Assembly shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation, regarding laws regulating finance, lobbying, corporate political activity, and the integrity of public institutions.
