Pearson Republic: A Strange State

Story of History, Eccentricness and Satire of a Nation

Part I

The History of the Pearson Republic is hard to recall but it started somewhere in the year of 2019. I was always a history nerd but I was also intrigued about the subjects that make up entire Nations and Countries from national symbols to the people that make these entries up. When I attended Peters Elementary this spark of interest was met with the ideology of micronationalism by President Kevin Baugh of Molossia. The idea is 

that one can have his own country and uses self-determination to prove it so. Micronationalism is backed up by the Montevideo Convention of 1933 in which States of the Americas decided to create the concept of the Declarative Theory of Statehood which states that a country that declares itself well as a  country is independent from other nations recognizing it as so. I was so thrilled with this idea that I got together with my friend Drew Hillhouse and my brother Preston Pearson to create the micronation

They helped me develop many things for this country, known back then as the United House of Brothers, including a professional ceremonial army that was in theory to help us expand, a constitution lost to time and roles which were; President- Myself, Vice President- Drew Hillhouse and Secretary of War- Preston Pearson. The U.H.B had many activities which were mainly challenging the Student Government of the school. It lasted into the end of the school year then a period of inactivity started because my friend Drew lost interest and I moved schools. I eventually brought activities to my home to which I renamed the Nation  the Pearson Republic where its etymology derives from my family. The Pearson Republic, as a young Nation, was still developing. From 2020 to late 2022 and 2023 our country was just politically experimenting. From 2020 to 2021, the framework of the Government was simply an elected President as Chief of State elected every three months, assembly of citizens to vote on bills, and three Judges or a Supreme Court to act as the judicial power for the Pearsican people. Pearsicans at that time were referred to as Pearsonese or just Pearson.  Pearsican wasn't developed until towards the transition of the third Constitution. Many things have changed about our framework of government, such as  the assembly of citizens turns to an elected Council, then to Congress, then to Assembly, then to Magna Assembly. Most sufficient change was the addition of a Monarch from the canine citizen Oreo I to Preston I whose title switched from King to Emperor but the President was the main administrator of the Government. Many laws passed that expanded territories and internal affairs of our nations.Wealso branched out  with the State of Lindaland (a country I had my own grandmother, Linda, to create to have formal relations with a country) which we would annex as a territory later on. Garrett Park was created during this time but its establishment would still be in time immemorial. Offices like police, ministries, and other governmental departments were also created and transformed to the very present of today. Other laws to make us unique like banning plastics and being respectful are still used in Pearson Law. With the help of my dad, Mike Pearson and sister, Haley Pearson Rogers, I would create our National Symbols. The flag had a complicated history but it was made with poster board,  had a bi-color strip in the middle of green on the left then red on right, the background was blue, and a shield in the middle with a sun in the center. Not much is known of the flags vexillology but it is rumored for green that it represents respect of the environment, red for culture, blue for water, and shield & sun for protection and hope. 

Our second flag (do note the flags are not very concise with the history of governmental framework) was a simple red background with huge lettering of “P. Republic” in blue. Our current flag carried on its predecessor’s with a hopeful sun in the middle having the blue text of “Pearson Republic” with a diagonal line from left to right, red on top, and blue in the middle. Colors represented are as follows; red- vibrant culture, blue- Garrett Lake, and yellow- hope & wealth. Later it was added that each color represents the original territories/counties of Higher Ground, Lindaland, and Rohan with the black diagonal line representing the Capitol holding the country together. Our Seal was originally a simple Shield with a straight line in the middle in addition to a circle that says “Pearson Republic Government”. With the help of my sister Haley, we switched the seal to a horizontal oval with blue and red colors and in the middle, our National Bride the Cardinal (voted in our legislature between Blue Herring and King Fisher) in addition text  on the top of the seal “Established 2019” then at the bottom “Government of the Pearson Republic”. The framework of our government was further complicated with the introduction of the Second Constitution which had the Emperor head of government and state with two Co-President to help those elected by each house of Parliament (Senate and Imperial Senate) then a tagged along of a 5-person Supreme Court. I was elected Emperor by the Senate which this Constitution was in effect from 2021 to 2023.  During this period, I didn’t like the monarchial title of Emperor. I originally chose it in the draft of the constitution to be more different from an elected Emperor and make the excuse that Emperor originally meant Commander-in-Chief. Now that I was Emperor, it felt wrong because the title didn’t reflect me or the Pearsican people so we amended the Constitution, known as the Executive Declaration of late 2022, in which we reorganized the executive branch to have an elected Prime Minister (later title changed to Chancellor then to President) by the Senate and changed the Imperial Senate to the Supreme Senate (later Parliament houses were changed to just House of Delegates and Senate). It was thought that we would change it for good but the complications of bureaucracy of agencies and unclear roles still plugged that document so we voted for a new third Constitution which is still in place today. A President elected for life (like a dictatorship) who suggests legislation to a democratic National Assembly made up of the Chamber of Representatives, the Chamber of the Senate, and a three lottery picked Supreme Court. We picked a dictatorship due to giving the Pearson Republic a dictatorial vibe but halted with checks & balances of powers. From 2020-2021, we did have different administrations documented that deserve to be noted for the development of our country. During these times, up to the present, the Pearson Republic was no stranger to conflict, even satirical ones.

I did, ashamedly, set up at least two unsuccessful coup d'etats that were ceremonial militaristic with no power. I would orchestrate them to seize power but nothing came of them, ironically. The Beagle Panthers Uprising was satirical serious with a group of armed beagles known as the Beagle Panthers seizing control of Garrett Park which were playing to create an ethno-beagle state. In October when I was then Prime Minister,   I made announcements of the Beagles Rebellion to the Nation and threatened military action. The Beagle Panthers Captain Bo Pearson did not concede so I ordered troops to start the Liberation of Garrett Park on November 25, 2022. The Beagles later surrendered and Admiral Cookie Pearson secured Garrett Lake but in comprises I gave all canines greater rights and involvement in our Nation. An Angel Statue (which had to be replaced once) sits on slabs of concrete between the Garrett Trees symbolizing our commitment to peace, liberty, and love as a country. That moment is known as the Liberation of Garrett Park Monument. Through school, the Pearson Republic was semi-well known thanks to our newspaper the Pearson Republic Times.  However, it created an oppositional force by the Ninth Grade President Camden Downs which was triggered by me when I, the Prime Minister then transitioned President, sent a diplomatic message to President Downs which resulted in him declaring war on the Pearson Republic on November 8th, 2022. The Camdenian War was kept secret throughout to halt public uproar. Pearsicans were harassed by Student Government officials but our Armed Forces related by sending the army to annex the Hills in the Ninth Grade Center in the Battle of the Hills  which were later given back. The war waged on until January 27th 2023 where the Treaty of Bixby was then signed to end the conflict. After the conflict, Camden Downs showed great interest in the Nation (even though he denounced it’s existence and threatened genocide). He wrote our first National Anthem which I didn’t care about so it was later replaced with Stronger Than A Million by Genavieve Burk. After Camden Downs was not re-elected as Sophomore President, the Pearsican people with  a deep breath of relief marked an end of aggression against our Nation.  However, a micronation would rise to threaten our very existence during a period of war;  a cold war  to be fought between brothers. In 2024, as President, I wanted to limit the fishing of bass in the country to give a chance for the fish population to grow. Some citizens in the Colonies of Irvingland and Begal were in an uproar of this new Executive Order that was enforced for the environment. The Colonists argued for greater fishing rights that would burn the ecosystem even more so I stood my ground on this law; the Colonies of Irvingland and Begal committed an illegal secession from the Pearson Republic. The illegal rebels formed the Pearson People’s Republic which was pro-communist and pro-bass fishing but their agenda included annexing all other Pearsican territories to create a “Greater Pearsican Nation” which many say could result in a dark age for the Pearson Republic. I led the Government to recognize the Colonist moves illegitimate and illegal but a Civil War would force my hand.  As forces from the Colony of Begal bombarded the Port of Skinkston which sank the civilian merchant ship the P.R.S Higher Ground, I declared a Civil War which began on May 5th 2024. War time rules were put into place at home to conserve fuel, telecommunications, and speaking of war plans that might have caused the war. I led all troop movements to take back territories from communist rebels. The first battle on May 9th, 2024 was the Battle of the Bay of Begal which the newly elevated naval flag ship, the P.R.S Paddlefish, saw a naval skirmish in the Begal Colony which resulted in the Pearsican victory. A Public Vote was held which saw 100% of residents of the Colony choosing to stay within the Republic. The next major and decisive blow to the communist rebels was the Battle of Irvingland Plains on June 8th 2024, which saw the Army confronting rebels on the outskirts of Basschester (rebel capitol). The Battle lasted long but it ended in a Pearsican victory and symbolized the ending of the Pearsican Civil War due to the Army capturing 98% of the rebels at Irvingland. That resulted in peace talks with the Rebel Leader Al-fred Decoy but a final battle had to be fought in another enclave county of the Pearson Republic. The County of Lindaland was under threat and Freedom National Park was vandalized by General Calhoun. Governor Dr.Linda Pearson requested aid and led by me, was the start of Calhoun's Last Stand at Lindaland on June 9th which resulted in victory for the Pearson Republic. Peace talks at Skinkston formed the Treaty of Bassomattox Courthouse which was signed by me and Rebel Leader Al-Fred Decoy officially ended the Pearsican Civil War.  I further proclaimed in a speech  that Memorial Holiday would be further extended to June 9th to celebrate the war's end which was officially on June 10th 2024. After the Civil War, a superpower micronation was suspected to be involved in supporting communist rebels. This introduces the Gounash Nation which has been a competing superpower from 2023 to 2025. The Pearson Republic was involved with the Fiore Arboro-Gounashian Split which saw high tensions between the Kingdom of Fiore Arbor and the Gounash Nation until I threatened military action to protect Pearsicans in the Debateopolis Sector. When a peace conference conflict seemed to stall between King Trace I of Fiore Arbor and Head Molecule Kyle Steward more conflict was imminent. Fiore Arbor was incorporated as a Vassal State, though the Treaty of Fiore Arbor on September 10th, 2023,  for a good amount of time until the “Kyle Steward Affair" where the Fiore Arborian King and Head Molecule Kyle Steward sign a treaty that illegally annexed Fiore Arbor. Under the Statute of Skinkston 2023, the Vassal Kingdom of Fiore Arbor was an extension of Pearsican Territory, which in reaction shocked and angered the Pearsican people. As President, I still wanted a peaceful solution to the problem even though the act was disrespectful to our Nation. I signed the Gounashian-Pearsican Agreement into effect in December 2023, with the Head Molecule which acknowledged the change of territories transferred to the Gounash Nation in return of special trading rights to Pearsican’s within Gounash territory of Fiore Arbor. Even though the treaty was signed, scandals still happened with the rumors of the Gounash Nation backing communist rebels in the colonies during our Civil War. During the Thanksgiving Affairs of 2024, Deputy President Genavieve Burk and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr.Linda Pearson were in heated arguments with members of the Gounash Nation which resulted in the Cabinet members suggestion war to be declared. The Steward-Bribery Transgression was the final straw for the Pearson Republic because this scandal had a letter from Kyle Steward trying to convince members to let the Gounash Nation annex the Republic in return for a bribe. The National Assembly was in an uproar so I decided to suggest the Declaration of Liberation to the National Assembly which recognized our serious (yet satirical) war between the Gounash Nation and in hopes to successfully liberate Gounashians and Fiore Arborians from the tyrant head Molecule Kyle Steward. The war would be known as the Gounashian-Pearsican War or Kyle Stewards War.  I issued the usual war time policy in the nations and also gained diplomatic allies for the war. The Skyyes Republic (the oldest Pearsican ally) in honor of the Sky-Pearson Pact were to send troops in case of Gounashian Army movements towards Pearsican Territory. The Nounash seceded from the Gounash Nation and decided to align with us through a trade treaty. Although it came to a decision between me and the Head Molecule for a Christmas Truce of 2024, the decision did help develop a peace treaty which was  not signed until late May of 2025. The Christmas Truce was a start of a Cold War period where delegates would argue on both sides over propaganda and terms of the treaty. One indirect battle occurred where a Gounashian Paramilitary Group indirectly associated with the Gounash Nation tried to launch an invasion of our Colonial Holdings. I led the Pearsican Colonial Militia to fight and defend this treaty which would be known as the Battle of Arkansas Cove or Bridge depending on December 27th, 2024, who you ask. Arkansas did push back talks for the peace treaty and even some fiery press conferences were held between Deputy President Burk plus me as President and Head Molecule Kyle Steward plus his Attorney Addison Bessley. The “Cold War” of the war ended through the signage of the Lindaland Entente Conference on May 22nd 2025. After the Head Molecule graduated the future of the regional superpower that will rival the Pearson Republic is uncertain.

The Pearson Republic has many other attributes as a country. Geographically the Nation, as of 2025 VI, is placed in Oklahoma's temperate forest grassland where many beauties can be found in our wildlife. The Pearson Republic takes wildlife so seriously that in 2023 the Minister of the Interior & Environment helped establish laws and regulations for hunting in our country which, to our knowledge makes us the first ever micronation to regulate such a thing. Many flora and fauna is in our great Nation such as  Major plants Maple Tree, Bradford Pear Tree, Jane Magliola Tree (our National Tree) and a Weeping Cherry Tree, crawfish, cardinals, praying mantis, bunny's, squirrel's, skinks (our National Animal), Cardinal(our National Bird), frogs, toads, amphibians, hummingbirds, cranes and many more.   I have established many National Parks (or made an attempt too) as President and hope to do more in the future. Garrett National Park (named after forefathers Pearsicans Judy and Jerry Garrett) is the most historic with it having important events taking place and sites. Pearson Mountain, Garrett Lake, Trans-Pearsican Trail, Garrett Falls and the Garrett Trees are a few natural sites in addition to the Liberation of Garrett Park Monument and the Burial Site of Queen Elizabeth II (imprint is on a pair of socks that were buried) at President Mason Pearson National Cemetery. Freedom National Park in the County of Lindaland, established on September 23rd 2022, is another one that is important, being the second established National Park. Sites are Calhoun National Battlefields, Bunny Homestead and Native Arch which holds the National Park flag. Another battlefield park is an enclave in Irvingland Colony which is Irvingland Plains Battlefield.

As of 2025, the Pearson Republic has 5 counties, three colonies and one Capital District of Skinkston. For a while the original three territories of Lindaland, Higher Ground and Rohan were first embassies then elevated into territories in the 2022-2023s. Even Skinkston was the Head Embassy for the Pearson Republic but I wanted to involve more creative elements in our countries with territorial subdivisions. Counties, as of now, have limited powers because of our unitary system of governance but high power within the Senate in the future because of recent proposed Amendments to the Constitution that will give citizens within counties the power to elect more Senators per county in a general election. County governors appointed by the President (same as the Mayor of Skinkston) act as more law enforcement figures helping better to enforce Pearson law. Colonies were created to claim natural areas symbolically for conservation efforts of protecting the ecosystem. Colonies also have appointed Governors to overlook operations. The history of these territories are enriching for the people who inhabit them. Skinkston, as the Capitol of our country, is very important to us. Many sites like our farmlands, Constitutional Square, Daisy National Cemetery and the whole of Garrett Park are proof that it gets the name of our Homeland Territory. The Government Palace is the main architectural center piece which houses the population and day-to-day operations of the Nation. Many integrations and other historical events started and happened here which embodies the Pearson Republic. The County of Lindaland is an important piece of the Republic. It was an independent state called the State of Lindaland ruled by the unforgiving Premier Dr.Linda Pearson which was our biggest trading partner until incorporation into the Pearson Republic but it gained as Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr.Linda Pearson who pushed many important pieces of the Nation that are felt through time. Lindaland's main attractions are Freedom National Park and the Governors Palace. Higher Ground and Rohan counties are marked in their geographies but they do have Governors which have contributed greatly to our country.

Diplomacy has always been a fun complicated subject within the Nation. When I was Prime Minister of the Pearson Republic (transitioning to Presidency) on April 28th, 2022 our first allyship after the State of Lindaland was created between the Skyyes Republic through the signage of the Sky-Pearson Pact. This friendship has stood the test of time and will hopefully be followed into the future. The Pearson Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under its Minister Dr.Linda, has shown great success over the years in diplomacy with different foreign nations. Dr.Linda Pearson charmed guest at MicroCon 2023 and 2025 which contributed to many signage of treaties or established friendly relations with nations like West Who, Unitary Republic of Curnon, Molossia, Westartica, Eldonia, Rosellia, Cycodia, Akxcalonia, Soundland and many more. MicroCons are always an historical event for our great country because we are opening up to many other nations and learning from each other. The Pearson Republic has been recently making cultural and economic agreements with other nations which expands our knowledge and economic outputs. Of course diplomacy wasn't always easy, when Cotter Menaceland was under the Roy Jackson Administration relations struggled due to President Roy Jackson declaring material law, seemingly having unfair trials against people he disagreed with and suspending future diplomatic relations with other countries. I chose to wait and see to further relations with the Socialist Republic of Cotter Menaceland (since we signed the Pearsican-Cotter Menacelandian after MicroCon 2023) and patience did wear off when Jackson was elected out of office and hopes of a future treaty with President Conner Henter at MicroCon 27. Another crisis was the United Federation of the Terra Excelsior Republic; Excelsior, for short, was an immediate ally for the Pearson Republic which signed the Skinkston Agreement establishing official friendship. It didn’t last long however when in late December of 2023 a Revolution overthrew their National Government and established the Revolutionary Republic of Excelsior which saw the regime arrest officials even foreign dignitaries, like our great ally President of the Republic of Soundland Clark Morber, which was stressful of keeping things neutral. A Civil War in Excelsior incident when breakaway forces fought with the Revolutionary Republic regime. Silas Wurnbash (one of the founders) reformed the regime into the Empire of Excelsior but on May 29th, 2024 due to inactivity Excelsior dissolved. Even through confusing events the Pearson Republic stayed true to its values and overcame difficulty which didn’t destory our commitment of friendship to the world and beyond.

Part II

A lot is changing in our great nation in 2026, VII since the establishment of the country. We had our second coup d'etat since I orchestrated a coup against President Rogers in 2021. On December 15th 2025 an imperialism sympathetic to the former Pearsican Republican Crown, Captain Shay led his 141st Watergun Battalion in Constitutional Square Skinkston. Shay planned to reinstate the Office of the Emperor, Imperial Senate and basically back when the Republic was under a monarchy but still forever had Republic in its name. The Battalion blockaded the food storage in Skinkston which was intended to start a famine. Luckley, Minister of War Preston Pearson, acted as a weapons enthusiast and pretended that they wanted to inspect the Battalions waterguns which by doing so confiscated their weapons and had them under arrest. The Supreme Court decreed rightful expulsions for Captain Shay and his Battalion but I decided to pardon the 141st excluding their Captain to symbolize healing for our Nation.

To back it up a little for a recap, after MicroCon 2025 the Pearson Republic had been advertising markets on  Colin’s Route, launching our second rocket for the space programme the La Determino, sponsored a theoretical TV on our national youtube channel, tested our submarine the PRS Crawfish and started hosting summits in Skinkston with our first ever on  October 16th that gave our Nation the energy to host more physical events for domestic and foreign affairs. These events led up to our second coup later titled the Constitutional Square Incident.

After the coup the Pearson Republic still stayed stable with key individual citizens pitching in to buy the MicroCon 27 ticket to make sure the Nation goes to San Diego. The General Election of 2026 made me realize that to do better for the Office of President I should compete for it so an amendment to the Constitution allowed direct popular elections for the President. In 2027 I will see if I will be reelected as President but I would like to state if I’m not reelected I still intend to help lead the Nation as its founder even when I’m not in office. Another internal gift was building a shed/building to host our free market government subsidized company Pearson Micro-Merch, opened on January 10th, which would sell items of the Republic from domestic products or tourist branding. Our Nation bought a lot of items for merch which haven’t sold a lot but is a great improvement to business in the country. 

I would like to take a minute to talk about the summits hosted in the Pearson Republic. In Skinkston, if I can recall, we had five summits with different motives. Three were for the Compact of Association of Oklahoma Micronational Communities, or CAOMC for short, which was an Oklahoma centered intermicronational organization to tackle shared policies and build community. These summits were fun, had politically silly discussions, voted on policies and led to different other summits. One interesting summit similar to CAOMC summits was the National Park Summits. The heads of states of the Nounash Nation and our country played National Park trivia at Bixby so I thought of establishing an organization to champion this called the Inter-Micronational Alliance for National Parks. For some reason the summit for that one was the most chaotic with a shot out between Nounashian security and Pearsican Ministry of Security but nonetheless had fun passing policies and enjoying local National Parks amenity. The most soft power one was the Skinkston Olympics which of course involved sports and honestly the Pearson Republic won. Events within the Olympics were stoning (with water balloons), National Park Trivia, diving, swimming and finally smash bros. Even though our Nation has attended events like these under the Micronational Olympic Federation, it was nice to host for our local nations.

Our little sphere of influence has been a great feat of our Nation. The Gounash Nation, Skyyes Republic, Nounash Nation and the United Kingdom of Mounds & Western Mounds had been formed out of the inspiration of the Pearson Republic. Having this type of experience for the Republic has been hopeful and we wish to bring it to everywhere that our tiny nation goes. 

Although some events have not been without stress. From February 14th to June 5th of 2026 VII was our first economic depression and is titled the Minuscule Joy. The Minuscule Joy began when the Ministry of Finance reported that the Treasury was close to a few hundred dollars away from bankruptcy. Due to this many of our citizens went bankrupt and went into poverty due to the Ministry's not functioning as well as state and market companies shutting down. The Pearson Republic National Bank even had to close for a temporary time. As President I declared a state of emergency for the Republic and introduced new policies I like to call the New Social Contract. The new legislation I proposed helped pushed this Nation out of that depression: 

• LeAnn Recovery Plan Act: with advice of my mother, pro-lassie faire and Minister of Finance LeAnn Pearson, the bill proposed organized social security as well as enforced de-monopolization of major companies.

• Anti-Corruption Amendment: a constitutional amendment that limits the free speech of only companies in election campaigns to prevent people or organizations from buying candidates.

• Once a Citizen Always a Citizen Act: promoted to get former citizens that left, lost interest or even betrayed the Republic to become citizens again.

• Cryptid Protection Act: to protect all species, including odd entities, in the Nation.

Due to major donations to the Treasury and economic reform bills mentioned the Minuscule Joy ended and as a footnote that even through hard times the Pearsican Nation prevails.

A recent conflict that I disagree with historians that label it a war known as the Fuhgeddaboutit War April 22nd-May 16th. On April 2nd the Early Revolution started then ended with the overthrow and execution of the Marquis of Gerilaland ending monarchical rule. The Revolutionary leader, now the Supreme Leader, took control of Gerilaland and made it a theoretical autocracy. An international incident began on April 19th when the Supreme Leader annexed the Nounashian Colony of Sencela which saw back lash from the micronational community. The Nounashian president pleaded for Pearsican aid when Pearsican Secret Intelligence assassinated Gerilalander General Krull with laser pointers. Some agents had misinterpreted when my orders were intended to mediate the conflict. After the assasination of Krull Peace Conference was held in Sencela Village but ended up in arguments and disputes between the President and the Supreme Leader of Gerilaland. The Supreme Leader was a brute and argued what they saw as a Pearsican Hegemony encroaching on their land which I stated “the people of Gerilaland should be allowed to voice their opinion without getting 'disappeared'" After the failure of the Conference Gerilaland launched strikes against the Nounash Nation which me as President ordered a draft, not just the Pearson Republic, but all allied Nations to help the Nounash Nation which formed the Magnolia Coalition. There was no declaration but these action historians cite as the beginning the the Fuhgeddaboutit War over the Sencela Region on April 22nd. The Fuhgeddaboutit War wasn’t really a war but Police Action but did end up being the Pearson Republic’s Vietnam. The Northern Riverview Invasion started on May 15th when sling shot artillery bombarded the Region and destroyed all Gerilalander defenses. Troops landed on Porto Lastanco and marched through the Region to control the populace. In mid-day Coalition soldiers stopped at the boundaries of the Village of Sencela. When the Nounashian descendants Sencelans refused to house Coalition Infantry the Village was ransacked which saw atrocities of dismantling infrastructure and partaken in colorful smoke bombs. After the Invasion a ceasefire was called and a peace treaty drafted. I would like to plead that many of the Generals both Pearsican and foreign in the coalition did not follow Armed Forces protocol. I made sure that every soldier, commander and general was dismissed and punished for their atrocities. On May 16th at Sencela Village, President Mason Pearson and the Supreme Leader of Gerilaland signed the Second Treaty of Bixby which ended the Fuhgeddaboutit War and broke Gerilalander rule in Sencela. Although the Region is mandated by the Pearson Republic which will lose its mandate by mid-2027. Citizens and allies saw the Pearson Republic as a friendly competitor but also a superpower that will get what it wants. Since then, the Pearsican public questioned the policy of Pearsican Imperialism. Head my suggestion that my actions weren’t intended imperialism but intended liberation from an oppressive regime. National Pearsican Productions made a film, titled Revenge of the Autocrat, on the Police Action that took place and made me look like a jerk. This will forever be the Pearson Republic’s Vietnam.

The Pearson Republic participated in other online sporting events like the 2026 eSports Games and played games like coin flip, checkers, battleship, pac-man, tic-tac-toe and fruit ninja. There was also the 2026 Intermicronational World Cup where we played against Stanland, Tymbarc and Kipstania. We might have lost but again knowledge and sportsmanship in this journey.

There were a few diplomatic crises that would involve the Micronational Assembly due to an organizational crisis. Delegate Jebediah Powell of Faltree suggested legislation to protect lgbtq rights and necessity rights for human beings which as a Delegate for the Pearson Republic was for but Delegate Anthony I of Saspearian pointed out that the Act for the organization stated that all domestic laws will be overruled and void if passed. Many delegates in the Micronational Assembly were against this legislation then Powell was a little upset about the results so he had a resolution to have a sixth charter drafted for the Micronational Assembly. As for the side against this as well as Saspearian, Tolossia, United Words of America and Republic of Orrie we had a private caucus, known as MA-Micronational Law Pushback, that helped plan and issue a resolution to black to motion to draft a new charter as well as issued grievances to the MA. For the Pearson Republic, as I debated Powell against his legislation and his plans for a new charter, I argued that originally the legislation, although good and our Nation was willing to endorse it, overstepped its boundaries of the sovereignty of its member states. Planning to have a new charter seemed to be a plot to federalize the Micronational Assembly which many members did not intend to join a supranational organization. Delegate Powell did have an argument for ensuring rights and activity for the Micronational Assembly but we could have ensured rights through an international convention as well as consented to agreed sanction on members that might have not liked that international convention. Still, Powell persisted and even as a Justice for the MA court seized the private caucus the MA-Micronational Law Pushback which he stated “The Court will make no further messages here, the Court has a right to publish all chatlogs here for view by the wider Assembly, and any attempt to obfuscate the Court’s access to these chatlogs will be considered contempt of court.” Powell's motion passed, a charter committee formed and the final court's decision to seize the chat. The National Assembly passed Acts to null any draft violating our sovereignty and giving me the power to issue a Sovereign Veto Proclamation which stated intentions to issue traffic against any MA member you are for federalization of its members. I pushed the charter committee to not add that all legislation passed by the MA General Assembly to overrule our national laws. I also pushed domestically the Unity Act which ensured all civil rights as national law of our Republic. Powell did double down on his proposition which framed the new charter might not federalize its members but I was tired of this drama. I issued a Public Vote for citizens to decide on whether to leave or stay in the Micronational Assembly. By the time the votes were counted Powell retired from micronational life which I wished him the best. Nonetheless nine citizens voted to stay while 15 voted to leave, so we left. We now know nothing of the MA affairs for now but wish them the best so this crisis might never come up again.

Chatlogs of the MA-Micronational Law Pushback on Discord

The Pearson Republic had been involved in other diplomatic incidents which when Austenasia had a split with Andrew Musgraves government I gave an address on the issue. I stated that we stood with the original Government of the Empire of Austenasia and that using lawfare, or macronational laws like copyright in micronational conflicts, was immoral on Musgraves side since it creates a dangerous precedent for the micronational community. In the same address I mentioned how our country was saddened by the dissolution of the Quackers Kingdom. I felt bad when Kaiser Wyatt abdicated and his successor decided to dissolve the Kingdom but I understood that they were a troublesome nation and even had a rocky pass with our Curnish friends. It led me to establish better relations with the Unitary Republic of Curnon and possibly gain joint achievements.

Our space program had been a great specific agreement of our nation which we launched these rockets in order and its purposes. Some are restated if not mentioned previously:

• Singing Cardinal, July 21st 2024, was our first model rocket launch for the Space Programme and had a cardinal design plastered on it. It was later last after the launch but still determined a success by the Ministry of Science which on that day I declared Aerospace Day.

• La Determino, July 23rd 2025, was launched to commemorate the Pearson Republic’s admission to Association of Esperanto-Speaking Micronations in which the design plaster on this rocket was the Esperanto flag and the Pearson Republic flag. The rocket launched was a cultural and scientific success.

• Project: Pin Head Larry, July 19th 2026, the latest model rocket launch was a joint Ministry of War and Ministry of Science project which was to celebrate Aerospace Day. Also, to test our projectile weapons program. The only rocket that was saved and might be reused for the right opportunity.

This also referenced other science project success in the Republic from explosion out in Beggs or even the first submarine the PRS Crawfish of July 2025. These projects were to later inspire the Nation to do or create great things.

Some other internal improvements that I might push forward was the Constitutional amendment for counties. These amendments for autonomy reform that I pushed gave counties a right to elect governors, the chance for citizens to create Townships as well as give the National Assembly discretionary power to pass statutes to give more autonomy to counties if needed. I would like the Pearson Republic to stay a unitary state but with devolved governments if our populations ever grow exponentially for our citizens to interact with.

A good exercise of our judiciary was used as well as referenced past cases that helped form legal precedents for our country. I have copy these sources from the Pearsican National Archives:

• Pearson Republic V. Vyatt Freeman Case of 26: The Pearson Republic, under the jurisdiction of Bixby High School, charged Vyatt Freeman for assassinating President Mason Pearson. The case was later unimportant due to him being alive the whole time, but did issue a verdict of not guilty for Vayatt Reeman. The Supreme Court issued an Order of Dismissal due to the case not being notified to the Supreme Court nor the Office of General Attorney. Seen as a big violation of sovereignty by the Supreme Court especially when the Minister of War got involved.

• Cookie V. Pearson Republic Case of *21: Founded in the Ministry of Records, Sub-Department of the Closet, this case goes back under the Seconded Constitution. Cookie Pearson, a citizen canine working as a border security guard, crossed the United States-Pearsican Border illegally which was seen as a rogue military act. She was detained but the case was under the original jurisdiction to see if Border Guard Cookie was acting on malicious intent or believed to see danger. This case was controversial since the other Justices were unavailable; the Court had one Justice, Mike Pearson, to make the final decision. He ruled for a short punishment for illegal overreaching the border but did not act on malicious intent. The Majority Opinion stated: "Although Cookie should be lightly punished by incarceration but did not act in malicious intent."

• Zee Dupuis V. Mason Pearson Case of 2026: 9/19/2026- Zee Dupuis claimed that on August 11th, 2026, had a sunburn while swimming in Garrett Lake at a Summit in Skinkston. Dupuis was a diplomat for the Gounash Nation and sued the Office of President of the Pearson Republic, Mason Pearson, for negligence when their base was built on the Pearson Republic as a responsibility as a state to take care of its people. The Acting General Attorney, Michael DeWitt, stated for the President that the Pearson Republic grants personal autonomy in the Constitution and the Lindaland Entente Conference Treaty. In addition, allocating the budget of the Ministry of Healthcare was unconstitutional for a lower court, which this was tried in the Eastern Court of the Pearson Republic, which claimed to be the job for the legislature. The Jury declared that the Republic was innocent but shall offer the money not allocated in the budget to buy Zee Dupuis some Baja Blast MT Dew.

• Robert Morrin V. Pearson Republic: was a case on the same day as Zee Dupuis V. Mason Pearson which was caused because during that trial Robert Morrin ‘assaulted’ two bailiffs of the court. The Defense of Morrin argued that he was just sporadic during the trial while the prosecution stated that Mr.Morrin committed a high crime of the Republic by assaulting a bailiff. The jury decided that Morrin was guilty but I decided to give him a Presidential Pardon in exchange for community service.

These judiciary exercises should be encouraged in the future for having a little fun and test the legal foundations of the Nation.

ORDER OF DISMISSAL This matter comes before the Supreme Court of the Pearson Republic on its own motion to review the petition filed by the Plaintiff, represented by Postston Pearson and counsel, charging the Defendant, Vyatt Reeman, with the murder of Mason Pearson on the day of

May I9th, 2026, VIT. Upon Reviewing the structural requirements of the filing alongside the governing Ontario

In the Compact of Friendship, the Court finds that this action must be dismissed with prejudice.

I FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The Court bases this dismissal on the following critical legal defects: 1. Failure to Prove Core Elements: Pursuant to the Plaintiff's own Petition, the Prosecution bears the burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Defendant ( caused the death of a human being, (2) acted with malice aforethought, and 3) that the killing was unlawful. Because the alleged victim, Mason Pearson, has been verified to be alive, the Prosecution cannot satisfy the

absolute first element of the offense. No lawful death occurred. 2. Extraterritorial Jurisdiction and Treaty Violations: The Petition invokes the "laws of

the State of Oklahoma" to govern a dispute within a micronational framework. However, the physical proceedings occurred within the Debate Classroom at Bixby

High School, and territory specifically recognized under treaty as the Protectorate of Oratio. Under Article 1, Section 2 of the Oratio Compact of Friendship, the Protectorate retains exelusive authority over domestic, civil, and legal affairs. The Pearson Republic cannot unilaterally project external Oklahoma or Pearsican

criminal statutes into Oratio territory without violating its strict treaty obligations. 3. Improper Process and Lack of Authority: The trial was initiated via a mock trial packet under stipulations managing local rules (consulting Holly Musgrove and Isabella Woodard. However, it completely bypassed the constitutional mechanisms of the Pearson Republic, failing to notify the Office of the General Attorney or the

Supreme Court.

I ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Petition in The Pearson Republic v. Vyatt Reeman DISMISSED in its entity with prejudice. The prior verdict rendered by the local classroom jury is declared null and void due to a complete

failure of the core elements of the crime and a total lack of territorial jurisdiction. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all stipulations established in the underlying petition are dissolved. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is directed to ensure that any future tribunal or legal simulations involving Pearsican citizens properly honor the boundaries set by the
