Under the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA) Special Provision No. 4, The DILG, in the exercise of its supervisory power, is mandated to monitor and evaluate the performance of the LGUs in the implementation and management of all infrastructure projects through the use of Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation Systems.
