On 07 February 2023, the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GPH), represented by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), entered into a Bilateral Agreement with the Government of the Republic of India (GOI), represented by the Embassy of India (EOI) in the Philippines, regarding the INDIAN GRANT ASSISTANCE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF QUICK IMPACT PROJECTS (I-QIP).
