We are working with the local training hub on a pilot supervision model for our five PCN pharmacists.

We are holding case-based discussion meetings (twice a month) and once a month we have a clinical case discussion meeting
Mental health is an area that all staff encounter and poses challenges. Through a supervision model we are building a PCN curriculum to create a safe working environment for staff and patients.
