polio booster imms for 6-9yrs who are up to date with previous polio imms and it's been 1yr+ since last dose at the Covid LVS in Westfield.

There is availability Monday to Saturday until 23rd September. There will be some ICS wide comms but I wanted to share quickly as there are lots of appointments available now. Please share the booking link with your practices and book children in/let parents know of the service.
