Partnering with OneOC, the ATD Orange County Training and Technology team analyzed, designed, and developed a Captivate-authored eLearning program for OneOC's new client organizations. Coached group participants through all stages of the design.

One OC Volunteer Opportunity
Participants in the project received OneOCs Spirit of Volunteerism Awards in 2018.
In 2019, this project was selected as a "Share Our Success" winner by ATD National. We presented our group structure at ATD Leader's Conference.
We used the flipped learning format to explore flipped learning! Attendees were given two articles and a video about flipped learning to review before the session. During the session, participants reviewed ATD National instructional material and discussed how to adapt those programs into a flipped learning format.
ATD Orange County's Virtual Happy Hours were designed to be a fun way to get facilitators familiar with Zoom and the art of VILT facilitation. In this session, we used rebuses to play in Zoom and become familiar with annotation tools, breakout rooms, and whiteboards and discussed how puzzles, used with intention, can support our course's learning objectives.
