A blended learning curriculum designed for existing managers.
Each bi-weekly course consisted of an eLearning introduction, followed up with a VILT session facilitated by a regional HR leader. The program concluded with a half-day ILT workshop facilitated by HR and L&D leadership.
A series of micro-learning modules designed to introduce Lead Planners to key concepts of effective leadership, including:
Leading by example
Building trust
Using good communication skills
Providing effective feedback during coaching
Working well with customers
Concepts introduced in these modules would be applied in follow-up ILT sessions in conjunction with skills-based scenarios.
