Canvas is where all communications and classwork will be happening for your English 1A course(s). Your students will likely need help learning how to navigate Canvas and how to submit assignments through Canvas.
All PAL communications, announcements, and paperwork will be submitted through Canvas.
You can find the links to Web Time Entry, the Absence reporting form, the PAL Verification Survey and more on Canvas.
You should post once a week to the PAL Discussions in Canvas
You should only access Cranium Cafe through Canvas.
The PAL program will be sending out weekly reminders on Friday of each week through Canvas.
PALs cannot access student grades/ assignment/ quiz submissions, access any content that is locked or unpublished, access the "People" tab if it's hidden, or view student ID numbers. PALs also cannot enter grades on any assignments.
PALs can view and post in discussions; view assignment instructions, quizzes, pages, and modules; receive any class messages or announcements that are posted to the entire class; see and participate in groups they are added to.

PALs should send one announcement a week through their Canvas Course PAL Group.
