OVCO Chair
Bill Worrell is OVCO's chair and has more than 30 years of experience with tenant organizing and community based work. He co-chairs the AHWG and supervises the Tenant Organizer and Project Coordinator

CP Planning - Principal Urban Planner
Cheryll Case is the Founder and Principal Urban Planner. She is an experienced planner with a human rights approach. Other projects of CP Planning's include things like Black Futures on Eglinton and Feminist Narratives on Cities. She co-leads the AHWG and supervises in work related to policy and planning.

Tenant Organizer
David Moscoe is the TSP's Tenant Organizer, contracted by OVCO. In this role he hosts tenant workshops, assists existing tenant associations, and works with tenants to create tenant associations and achieve their rights. Tenant solidarity and activism is key to housing affordability and David has been working through his expertise to further tenant engagement.

Project Coordinator
Kieran James is the TSP's Project Coordinator and also works as Planning Assistant to further the goals of the AHWG. Kieran has design and planning educational experience. They have worked on other projects centered on community and environmental activism including development risk research on Chinatown West and the Future of Ontario Place project.
