Saturday October 4, 2025 Rummage Sale 

Wow what a beautiful sunny day for a Rummage Sale.  Guests and residents alike came together to buy and sell at bargain prices.  Chairperson Brian Scott was in charge of the event, but he had lots of help. The Recreation Committee spent days of time and muscle to make this event a success. Thanks to Bob Florian for collecting items that were donated and for storing them in his home.  Thank you to Michele West for advertising items on social media that facilitated sales before, during, and after the sale. To Cathy McCafferty and Alice West for cashiering the Rummage Sale.  Parking Patrol person Diane Hurley did an outstanding job managing cars coming into the park.  And to everyone who pitched in to help, we thank you.  A special thank you goes to Lindsey Lecce who generously donated so many beautiful items. It looked like residents who brought their own items to sell also had a successful day. The Recerecreation Commttee raised over $1,600.00.  Money raised goes to help pay for events we sponsor for our community.
