SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING RECYCLING SERVICES OFFERED AT OXNARD SHORES MOBILE HOME PARK

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 25, 2026

At this time, Bob Florian is unable to use his home as a drop-off spot for any donated items, electronic E-Waste/Hazardous materials, or recycling.  Please continue to save your recyclables and place them at the dumpsters on Sunday by 10:00 a.m.  Your E-Waste or hazardous waste items will need to be handled on your own (Please do not place these items in the dumpsters).  If you have recently dropped off items in Bob's carport, please go and retrieve them as soon as possible.  

Any items you have for donations to this year's Rummage Sale, scheduled for April 10th, must be stored at your own home and can be delivered to the clubhouse on April 8th or 9th.  Management is arranging for a large dumpster following the rummage sale, so you will be able to dispose of items at that time. Future rummage sales will be discussed at a later time. 

Bob Florian has been such an incredible friend and neighbor to everyone in our community.  Filling in for him at this time is going to be difficult.  If anyone is available to help with picking up and sorting the recycling, please reach out by email osmhp.info@gmail.com or phone - Brian Scott (818) 970-1959.  Thank you.
