Maraschino Gin

Maraschino Gin Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pounds rock candy

1 gallon gin

Rinds of 12 oranges

Thin parings of 5 lemons

Instructions:

Dissolve the rock candy in the gin in a large jar or container. Add the orange rinds and lemon parings.

Stir the mixture daily for 4 days.

On the fifth day, filter the mixture through coffee filter paper and bottle.
